The next morning I get an email saying the order was being shipped. I contact fanatics.com they tell me I have to return the the order. I am sitting at home with a broken leg and they want me to some how get the order sent back to them. When they screwed up!!!!

My husband needed new shoes, so I searched what stores near me carry size 15 shoes. WSS came up,…read moreneither one of us wère familiar with WSS so we went the next day. It's a big store, shoes practically to the ceiling. Looked neat and well organized. After looking up and down for any size 15, I went up front to tell them "Bring me anything you have in size 15." There were 3 employees at the register counter, no customers. They said they had no size 15, but there was a guy standing off to the side and he said "You're probably going to have to order on line." Then he did something that doesn't happen very often anymore. He actually offered to go check stock in the back for me. Unfortunately he found only one size 15 and it wasn't my husband's type of shoe. We didn't find any shoes but I was impressed with the customer service I received.
