Including me, there was a mother/son and three elder people, all with only one person trying on a shoe. I get that Road Runner prides itself on personable assistance, but you don't have to be breathing down these customers' necks as they try on their shoes while someone else is waiting. These workers need to learn how to be flexible and manage their customer attendance. I can't imagine how it is on a busy day, if yall even get that type of business. I instead went to Kearny Mesa where they had 5 TIMES the customers and I was able to be helped by one team member alongside three other customers trying on shoes in my seating area. Ultimately Otay Ranch, do better. Especially that heavy set female with dark hair that gave me attitude when I finally was asked for a size.

Shiekh is a dying chain as the company filed for bankruptcy a few years ago, they're shrinking in…read moresize by closing down a lot of their locations, San Diego was no exception, as the location in Plaza Bonita closed and become a VR game store, not they have a smaller one in Chula Vista mall, hiding behind a bunch of restaurants, lucky for them they have a partnership with Sangre Mia by actor Diego Tinoco to attract some customers, but they didn't do very well either with line management nor boosting up the sales, they could have printed out a bunch of Diego pictures and provided them to the people who waited in line, maybe they would get some business traction, instead they have signs posted on the windows, but they refused to give them to anyone, people who came to the meet and greet had to buy stuffs or bring their own items for Diego to sign, not Diego fault, but it is not a good business strategy here, hope you guys improve in the future especially you organized an event during Comic Con.

I have been wearing SKETCHERS daily and some day, these two pairs of shoes will need to be replaced. The two styles that I have have been discontinued. I saw one shoe style at the outlet that I wanted to try, but it wasn't available. I had asked one of the workers to check the back. I found one pair at the Clearance rack and one on the regular shelf, but they don't qualify for the Buy One, Get One Half Off promotion because one of the pairs is a Clearance item. Shucks! Oh well... I liked the backpack that the purchased shoes were in. I deposited the shoe boxes myself outside the store because the store doesn't keep the boxes.

When we returned about a week later to exchange the pair for another we were greeted by a hostile staff who immediately told us they could not accept the pants back without bothering to ask us any questions first. We were accused of not having a receipt after explaining that the cashier from that exact store never gave us a physical receipt, but only an email. After skipping over the fact we had a digital receipt we eventually began to answer the questions the staff never bothered to ask. The pants we wanted to return went through a rigorous pre-return "trust me bro" test where the cashier sniffed the pants, denied the smell, and basically told us we didn't know how to properly dry our clothes. After explaining our digital receipt again we were allowed to exchange our single pair of pants for the same cut of jeans minus the smell. Idk why they had to charge us $10 for an exchange of a defective product to the exact same product but I guess they needed to give us one last "F you" and remind us that they don't want us shopping at Levi's. I asked the guy store associate about the program and he was kind of Jerk and Hubby doesn't want to deal with it, too much hassle to return the shoes and buy it again.
