Henry visited and patiently went over the tint options and Leslie set up the appointment and visited the day of install to assist and coordinate. They were very careful in removing the old tint and cleaning the windows spotless before installing the new tint. We had a large arch window high up above the front door which is a challenge to get up on a ladder; however Henry was up to the task and did an amazing job along with the rest of the windows including 2 windows that were re-frosted. Leslie also assisted with another staff team member. We noticed the difference right away with the rooms feeling cooler and the blocking out much of the extreme solar heat we have been experiencing here in South Florida. We took advantage of the $199 special which would cover the tinting of the doors and the 1/2 back window not already tinted by Tesla. I opted for the hyper-ceramic at an additional cost of ($100). Still, $299 total was a much better price point than the $450 I was getting at other places. On the way home, I noticed some bubbling. I returned the next morning to have the bubbles removed/repaired. The staff was good about explaining the difference between water bubbles and air bubbles and taking care of the issue quickly. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of 5 is because of the bubbling and need to return and because, they didn't clean up after themselves well, the windows are dirty and smudged.. it's a minor gripe (admittedly) but it's also an easy fix and something that the shop could be better at.
