So after a lot of searching and shopping I came across this business. Honestly, Daniel was so amazing!! I made an appointment for 5pm and was done by 6pm. The work is amazing and the price was even better!! After getting a quote for 300-400 from other shops... I found Tints R Us and paid way less than what others quoted!!! Hubby was determined to get his new Tesla's windows tinted. He researched and found Tint R Us. On our way there to drop off the car we almost got a little bit lost because the GPS was telling us it was somewhere else and turns out when we went to make a U-turn. We were there after he went back to pick it up they provided him with very detailed instructions just to make sure that the tent settled and that it didn't bubble or peel. I tinted my car's windows here. The results were insane, perfectly done and fast. It took only 40 minutes. For the price, all I can say is they are the best price around there regarding price-quality relationship. Also, the guy that took me explained everything with details. Horrible customer service NO satisfaction guarantee DO NOT take your FLEET vehicle ! Clueless about regulations or safety for drivers tinted my windshield without asking. Causing poor visibility with night driving and when raining! I called to get resolved no response had to take it to Tint World which I highly recommend ! read more

I brought my car in they took me right away my car was extremely hot living in South Florida is brutal and I got my car tinted I had the front window even tinted with the clear ceramic tint and it made my car 100% cooler. The beauty about the ceramic tent is it saves your car from harmful UV rays and the plastic parts on the inside of the car doesn't crack and break. I went here due to the good yelp reviews and prices they were offering. They did a horrible job. Had to go back a week a day later to get my windows fixed because they had bubbles, creases and scratches everywhere. They replaced 3 windows but did not replace the front and rear windows because they said it was a 2 hour process and not "cost effective" for them to fix. I said, WHAT?!?! The windows they replaced also have scratches and creases. I've yet to receive a for the front windshield they said they would give me and no apologies for the horrible work done. Whatever you do, don't go to this place. I now have to pay to remove my tints and get new ones. I will be out close to $750 by the time I'm done. Update: Daniel is a complete liar. Daniel left and refused to speak to my husband when he started to explain what was wrong with the tints. And he never replaced the front windshield because his co workers told my husband it was not cost effective for them to fix it. And I never received a credit for it. Whatever you do just avoid this place. Trust me. I'm not even the type to leave a review. But I had to because this business shouldn't even be operating. read more

Daniel charged me #150.00 to remove the old tint from 5 windows in my condo. When he was done he showed me that there were glue stains that had soaked into the glass and could not be removed. The next day when the windows had dried I tried to scrape them and the stains started coming off! I called Daniel and told him this and he could finish the job and he hung up on me. Never was tinting my car so smooth. I got tired of the same and decided to Google for Windows Tinting around my area. Found them with a perfect review score, and I could see why. Picked the phone up and setup an appointment for the same day to tint my Durango. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes!!!!! Not only his job was of quality, but the dude has integrity and honesty. He oriented me with what was the best for me even though wasn't the best for his pocket. It's hard to find people like this nowadays and this is why I'm recommending him to everyone i know that needs tinting. I will be his customer for years to come. Glad I came across these guys. Very accommodating, took me same day even though a full busy schedule they made it work. Hard working guys, dropped off my car fully tinted after only about an hour. Got my Cadillac CTS Wagon tinted by Daniel at TintsRus. I went with Suntek CXP, 18% all around with 70% on the windshield and 35% on the sunroof. They did a great job, and stand by their work. When a small corner came up I brought the car back and they returned the window, no questions asked. I will be taking my other car to them to get tint here in the next couple weeks. read more

this is the coolest guy I met to ever do tints on my car!!! he was friendly and fast and really fair prices. if you want a good job done then you gotta come check him out hes very flexible with your availability and is always honest when speaking to you about what you should get! We took advantage of the $199 special which would cover the tinting of the doors and the 1/2 back window not already tinted by Tesla. I opted for the hyper-ceramic at an additional cost of ($100). Still, $299 total was a much better price point than the $450 I was getting at other places. On the way home, I noticed some bubbling. I returned the next morning to have the bubbles removed/repaired. The staff was good about explaining the difference between water bubbles and air bubbles and taking care of the issue quickly. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of 5 is because of the bubbling and need to return and because, they didn't clean up after themselves well, the windows are dirty and smudged.. it's a minor gripe (admittedly) but it's also an easy fix and something that the shop could be better at.

When they finally did the job of painting my indoor window frames, weeks later they started peeling In various places and I do need to note I never used them or touched them. When I tried calling I left a couple messages and texted and heard back once long after the messages. Then I never heard from them after they had asked for photos. I even offered to pay them to come back and fix their initial work. This issue has been going on for months. I strongly suggest you be aware of this company before working with them. Maybe it's just about painting window frames and maybe their better at walls, but that is no reason to treat me like this. I have always been cordial, polite, and patient with these people. I would stay away!

I've only been here about 15 minutes, but I wanted to share a couple quick observations that might improve the waiting area experience. One suggestion would be to consider replacing the cloth waiting chairs with plastic, pleather, or leather seating. Cloth can sometimes trap dust or mites and is harder to sanitize regularly compared to wipeable surfaces. Another idea might be adding a couple of massage chairs (even just 2-3). It would allow customers to relax while they wait and could really enhance the experience. Lastly, it might help to have guest Wi-Fi available without needing to ask for a password. Sometimes customers prefer not to interrupt staff while they're busy, especially during peak times. Everything else looks great so far, and I'm looking forward to the service. I was told yesterday that I needed two new tires on the passenger side that they were basically bald. Each tire would have been around $120. The mechanic stated that I needed to change my brake fluid, I already did that the last time I was there. Xavier fixed the mistake since apparently that was supposed to be for another car. But I was still baffled that they said my tires were bad... I told them I would pass. I took my car to another place this morning... MY TIRES ARE NO WHERE NEAR BALD AND THERE IS STILL THREADING! My tires are in better condition than the used tires I saw around the shop! I don't know if the mechanic screwed up and put someone else's information on my account. I don't think I'll be going back. They almost costed me 1000 for things I didn't need.

Read on for more details: I purchased a fiberglass cap for my truck and needed a warranty replacement for a part. After stopping by to have it checked and a part ordered, no follow up. I called after three weeks and was told my part wasn't there. After a conversation about what happened to my original part, a new part was ordered and was to arrive in two days. Again, I was asked to call back and check on the status . Reluctantly, I called to check on my part a few days later and was told it was not there. I was then informed that it would be there by Friday. When I pressed for an explanation, the part in question mysteriously appeared. It was replaced that day.
