There is a MAJOR language barrier with the worker. We explained what we wanted in English/Spanish....he said he doesn't speak Spanish and very little English yet blasting Hispanic music. I highly suggest Vimal follows through on discounts promised, deals with the customers directly then delegates the work to the worker if he wants his business to thrive. If you have work done there, make sure you check EVERY area/surface ASAP when you leave. I had window tint installed on my 2022 car with about 1500 miles. The price was reasonable and they applied window tint while I waited. However the car is a roadster and the inside of the rear window is difficult to see and after a little over a month passed I noticed a small bubble in the rear window tint and got in there looking at it with the wind deflector removed and I could see two melted holes in the headliner. Tint Boss denies responsibility for it -- claiming too much time had passed and that they don't use a heat gun on the interior during installation. However, there is no other way the melted holes could have gotten there and BMW won't repair it under warranty so I'm stuck with a $4000 repair now. I think the installer melted the headliner and hoped I wouldn't see it due to its difficult to see location -- which worked for them -- until I discovered it. They will deny doing it but there is no other way it could have happened. They gave me the name of an upholstery repair company but I will not have it repaired by anyone other than an authorized BMW repair shop (especially now). Needless to say I regret taking it there and will never do business with them again. Their English isn't the best either, especially the installer's -- making it difficult to communicate with them. read more

Brought in my car for a power window regulator replacement. What should have been a three hour job took them three days and the window still wasn't fixed properly. I attempted to have them schedule an appointment to correct the problem (window binding on the motor), but they always made excuses about a technician not being available. When I removed the door panel myself, it was obvious that the workmanship was sub par. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR REGULATOR WORK!!! read more
