They have an option to make an urgent care appt online beforehand but the website was glitching on me so I did a walk in. I had maybe a 20 min wait and the Dr was with me shortly after. I wasn't rushed, and I felt in good hands. The facility is clean and staff are very welcoming. Bonus- CVS right next door for prescriptions but it was craaazy crowded.

After speaking with the clinical staff, an employee offered me a 2:55 appointment. I gladly accepted and said I would wait as long as necessary. About three minutes later, however, she withdrew the appointment without a clear explanation or meaningful alternative. I had driven from home and relied on information provided directly by their portal. No one offered to check another nearby clinic, look for a cancellation, or help me reschedule before I left. When I called customer service, they could not reach the clinic manager and transferred me to an unidentified voicemail. The entire experience left me feeling dismissed. Scheduling mistakes can happen, but patients deserve accurate information, clear communication, and a genuine effort to help resolve problems caused by the clinic's own system.

She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I needed some vaccines and some bloodwork. The girl who gave me the shots was so detailed in telling me what shots she was giving and where and why. My favorite part was getting my blood drawn because the phlebotomist actually found my vein on the first try!! Usually they have to move the needle trying to find a good vein. She was also super friendly especially when she saw how nervous I was due to past experiences. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Everyone was beyond friendly and it looked like they enjoyed their jobs.

The last time I saw a doctor doing his patient's vitals, blood pressure, drawing blood for lab testing, it was on an 80's TV show. Having hit the trifecta (but not in a good way) when it comes to chronic health concerns, it's rare, but sometimes a challenge & a half to keep/honor appointments with him. At times, I'm already admitted in hospital for something else dire, juggling clashing appointments or lacking the ability to function at all. Case in point, I just got a letter from his office today, advising that since I refused to secure a follow up appointment he's refusing to treat me in future. My care provider's attention to detail is second to none, but we "dropped the ball" unintentionally somehow. I've been extremely fortunate to be insured & have been treated by great doctors; he's no exception. I'll make sure to resolve this matter next week. The good ones don't grow on trees. The only minus is that his office isn't set up for a email account; otherwise, I'd contact him today. Small price to pay.

Most dr visits anywhere would freak him out and he can't handle waiting too long. At Dr Padilla's they have always been very patient & understanding with his needs. From the medical assistant to the practitioners. They have made what could be very stressful visits actually very pleasant. The only negative I have is that they Have fees for a lot of things I didn't think about. Needed some insurance papers filled out. $15 fee Follow-up phone call to see how kiddo was doing..fee( call was less than 5 mins) but that might just be our insurance not sure we have tricare. If it weren't for how awesome the staff if I would reconsider them and also my kiddo barely needs to see them aside from the usual check up.
