Was in New Orleans last year and hoped to check off a visit to the New Orleans store but sadly they were closed due to a snow storm. This year it was a must visit on my New Orleans bucket list. The store is very small with a limited selection but it was pretty just to go in and window shop. If you are looking for a specific piece I would recommend calling ahead. Excellent service! I was just browsing, wasn't sure I was going to buy anything. Linda is a genius. I said I like simple, timeless pieces and my career coach favors bolder, big ones. I struggle to find a balance between the two. Linda recommended the knot set. The next thing I know, I'm trying on rose gold earrings and a necklace and walking out of there with a set. My costume jewelry went into the blue bag. Linda helped me figure out how to comfortably put on the earrings as the clasp is a new style for me. They are very secure once I've put them on, so at least I don't fear they will fall off! No one greeted me, one Asian lady said she would be right with me but when the previous customers left she walked away from the counter I was at. She then stood by the door waiting for someone to walk in. I asked her for help and she told me to sit down until someone was free.... While she was free. Tiffany's - like every girl wants a diamond, every modern wants to own one piece of Tiffany too, and buying your own gives you such a sense of accomplishment - well, am yet to get that , but, took the second step towards it( the first step being watching Audrey Hepburn's movie ;) ) The Canal Place is a high end stores mall at New Orleans. I stumbled upon it when visiting Harrah's casino and Tiffany is right at the entrance. I was dressed right so I thought why not. There were 5 salesperson facing the entrance door and I was just taken aback. Immediately I asked that I was only here to look around and if that was ok. They were like, "sure ma'am please do come in and I shall get you some water- take your time" now THAT was excellent service right there. I still had one girl Ying help me out even though I insisted that I was not there to buy that day. I was admiring their signature necklace and she removed it from under lock and key and gave it to to try. She took me to each of their counters to show me the specialty of the display. She also explained how their diamonds comes with story as from where it comes, when it was made, polished and set by whom into the Tiffany jewelry, and, how you can get the price back at Tiffany if you every want to upgrade it at a future date. She asked what gem do I like to own, and I said blue sapphire in earrings, and she sais she has exactly what I want and showed me the most beautiful earrings, blue sapphire surrounded with diamonds but very classy looking. You should note, the clips to hold the earrings at Tiffany is made special, you cannot just pull it off or loose easily. Well, you are paying a high price and cannot afford that so its a good feature to know. I am not even mentioning the price of any. Period. Will be back. Surely. read more

I'm a Tiffany customer and this is my third visit, but my first check in to this Tiffany. I have been to Tiffany's in London Spain all over Boston... And this Tiffany is by far the worst of the brand that I have visited so far. The staff is the most pompous and unfriendly cast of characters I have met in the Tiffany's brand. I went in to pick up a gift and have my ring cleaned... Which they said that because of the holiday rush would take 48 hours to clean...Baloney! I'll just wait to go home to my regular store and visit with my wonderful representative Elizabeth, or head over to Chestnut hill or even into Boston. As always, I had a wonderful experience at Tiffany's. The store is a bit smaller than other Tiffany's I've been to (Tampa, NYC, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta). I was in New Orleans for my birthday and my friend gave me a Tiffany's bracelet as my gift. The bracelet was a bit small, so I went to this Tiffany's to exchange the size. We were greeted immediately when we walked in. I told the lady that I needed to exchange my bracelet and my hubby and I decided to get our rings cleaned as well. It was not a long wait at all and they were prompt and helpful. I always enjoy the customer service shown at Tiffany's. read more

Just had some cleaning done here. It took about 5 minutes. Asked for the polishing to be done, but not sure if they only did steam cleaning. Was not offered complimentary drink which is customary at most Tiffany's locations when you are a returning customer. read more

The customer service that I received here was impeccable! I ordered a few wine glasses from the website online since the store did not have any in stock, but when I received my package, they had wrapped the glasses in plain bubble wrap and consolidated them into a huge cardboard Tiffany's box; the box had a tear and overall just looked unappealing. The wine glasses were supposed to be gifts, and I had expected them to come individually boxed and well-presented as all Tiffany's products are. I called the store asking if they would be able to box them up individually and they said to come in, so I went as soon as I got off from work on Wednesday night. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the lovely Hui Wang and 2 other associates (one who I assume was the manager but unfortunately didn't catch anyone else's names), and they remembered my phone call and started helping me asap. The staff was (obviously) extremely helpful and attentive, and even gave me the option of choosing the color of the ribbon from their limited-time holiday colors (red and gold). I love this company. And I'm happy that they brought a store to New Orleans. I typically live in cute gym clothes unless I have a reason to dress up so I always feel self-conscious when I enter lavish rooms in such a casual manner. I'm always treated with respect. I waited to have my jewelry fixed and was offered water, but I wasn't thirsty. The sales associate then asked if I wanted to try on jewelry and I accepted the offer. I didn't buy anything, and told them right up front I was just looking. The lady at the counter said, "Have you ever been in a Tiffany's before?" I had not. She said I just had to try on a ring, even with no plans to buy. She pulled out the most beautiful ring I have ever seen! I got a picture of this ring on my hand......and I've never had anything that expensive on my hand, ever (and I never will, unless I win the lottery).
