Jordana takes the time to get to know you and what makes your story unique as a couple, then very creatively tailors your session accordingly. As our wedding day approached, Jordana used her experience to advise us and help set a timeline plan for our wedding day. She worked very well with all of our other vendors to stay on track and on schedule. Even when exterior circumstances altered the original plan, Jordana being a seasoned professional, remained cool under pressure and worked with us on the fly to adjust accordingly. Part of our story involves family that was not able to attend in person due to the pandemic and travel restrictions. It breaks our heart that we could not have part of the family there with us physically. Photos of our wedding will be the only thing we have to send to them, making them priceless to us. We entrusted Jordana to capture those moments and we know she was up for the challenge. There isn't anyone we would have rather had helping us capture our story through amazing photo memories! Highly disappointed with my experience working with Felix/New Level Photography. Hired them for my…read moredaughter's Quinceañera and it became nothing short of a headache almost immediately after signing the contract. At first he was super responsive but when it came to receiving our photos/video, he would go days without a response and then eventually stopped responding all together. So on top of his $3000 fee, I also had to hire a lawyer to get my pictures and video because he was not responding to me. This $3000 Package was to include: 2 large 36x24 prints, a 12x12 album with 150 photos a pre-session 500 digital fotos, Video, that was to be 2-3 hours. And everything was to be delivered within 3-4 weeks Well, I only got one large print, all together I got less than 500 digital photos and the video was around an hour and 25 minutes. Received them 13 weeks after her party, only after hiring a lawyer to get him to respond. As for the product I did receive... the quality isn't the best. Most of the pictures are grainy. The photo book wasn't thought out at all, contains blurred pictures and repeated pictures on the same page. The day of our event he didn't show up but he sent two guys to shoot the video/photos which was never disclosed to me. They did not arrive with my entry photo so they left for a little over an hour; picking up the photo at Walgreens. That was the time I had set aside for family pictures and photos of my daughter with her Chambelanes and we did not get those shots. After all my hard work I put into her party, coordinating outfits and making sure everybody looks good, all for it not to be captured. It's very upsetting to me still to this day. Overall, DO NOT recommend. The best part of this is that I no longer have to work with him. Although the photos aren't at all what I had expected I'm glad I can atleast say I have them. Because had I not hired a lawyer, I'd probably still be sending unanswered messages and calls and without the pictures.

We hired Felix from New level photography for our wedding day and we still have not received any…read moregood work from him and he blocked me off everything, it makes me so sad that I have no good pictures or video from our special day. He showed me what he had on usb but it wasn't the best. I let him know I was not happy and he told me he would look to see what other picture he had that he didn't edit. But never showed me anything new. He was late to our house the day of the wedding for the "get ready pictures" it felt rushed and then I he didn't take pictures of my husband and I. I believe he had like 4 total. Then after the wedding I would contact him to see how everything was going and he kept pushing it off. When I stopped he started contacting me during my whole high risk pregnancy, where he would message me and ask about money and that he would take me to court if I didn't pay him. I was not in a good place and having him cause me more stress during my pregnancy was not good. So I paid him and waited for him to send me the finished work and then I realized after I paid him he didn't reply anymore and he had blocked me from social media. Please help me share this so others don't fall for his scam. I'm really sad I didn't look more into who I hired, he is really nice in the beginning but after completely different person.
