Then, when our house wasn't selling, we had to beg them to do any marketing or open houses. They finally held a 2 hour open house and showed up 30 minutes late. After we finally fired them, they refused to let us out of our contract and we had to fight them just to get them to release our listing so we could re-list with another agent.
