They handle any problems that come up with the property, the renters and the rent itself. Michele Garver has been my manager at Integrity and she is on top of all things. She is communicative, easy to work with and answers all my questions. And she calls me back! She and Integrity know the rental market and the laws and have made this process so much easier. I was doing it myself and once I decided to hire them, renting my property became so much easier! Suffice it to say, they have offered me peace of mind as a landlord and that is worth a fortune!

There IS a difference in property management companies. Pioneer is the best property management…read morecompany I've worked with in the Denver area. The bad ones will often overestimate how much your place will get in rent, attract underqualified renters, provide low quality maintenance, and as a result, you have a lot of turnover and unexpected damage to your property. I've been there with other management companies in Denver, including many with allegedly good reviews. The good ones will keep it boring in the best way--consistent, high quality renters, fair market prices, and actual property management that leads to less damage, less turnover, and better care for your property. That's what Pioneer does. They do a great job of attracting qualified tenants who PAY ON TIME. They plan ahead and make your rental property as easy as you had hoped it'd be the day you decided to turn a place into a rental. They're responsive on email and by phone, and they want to do the right thing for you. It has been a night and day difference working with PPM compared to other management companies in the area. If you're a property owner looking to rent out your place in the Denver Metro area, choose them. Your future self and your rental property will thank you for it.

From the very beginning that I toured the home to the the application process, to the last point of signing a lease it was an easy going experience. I also read all the great reviews on them so it's obviously many more that feel the same way. This property management company and their staff far surpasses any other company that I've ever done business with. I appreciate you guys here at Keyrenter! Edit: About one year in now at the new place and everything has been amazing! The ladies in the office Elaina, Karla and the other staff are still consistently communicative and nice! The guy that does the inspection was also very nice, showed up on time and had excellent customer service skills. He made sure I didn't have any issues I needed addressed and explained everything he had to get done. Eric the maintenance tech for keyrenter had completed some work needed in the house. He was also super nice, respectful and made sure everything was safe and done thoroughly! Edit: Year two and although I did have a change in property managers it was a smooth transition and I got an awesome new property manager Sophie Deines! She has been super communicative, respectful and very understanding. Any time I have a question she's always been there and overall has been amazing! This company is top notch and honestly never had a rental experience like this that just goes so smoothly. All in all the entire team at Key Renter in nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for a rental I highly recommend going through this company, you'll be glad you did when you see how professional and generous they all are! Thanks to all the Team at Key Renter and Merry Christmas!

I would never, ever, ever recommend Keyrenter to anyone wishing to keep their property liveable or…read moreinsurable. I'll start with the ending: they cost me roughly $65K in damage to my property due to improperly vetting tenants, lack of keeping up with repairs, lack of inspections, lack of transparency, and even lack of giving owner access to the property. Nearly every appliance was broken, I had water leaks, and 3 active fire hazards on the property: the furnace which had the wrong sized filter crammed into it, the dryer vent which hadn't been cleaned in years, and a broken fireplace that was emitting gas. First of all, they will get anyone to rent. Their standards are very low and they do not care if the tenants destroy your property. They also won't fix your property - even if you ask them to and will pay for it - between tenants, leading to ever worsening damage over time. Second, their inspections are all brief walk-throughs, if they do them at all. They claim they even let the tenants "self-inspect". Keyrenter will never let an owner do an inspection with them to get agreement on what is wrong and what needs to be repaired. They do not check your sprinkler to see if it works. They don't check to see if the dryer vent is cleaned. Or if the fridge still works. Or if the microwave isn't just hanging by a thread. When they don't check these things and appropriately charge the tenant upon move out, it all becomes an owner expense. At one point I had multiple broken appliances and was told "Oh that was the previous tenant, not this current tenant" so I couldn't charge the current tenant. Or the previous tenant due to the amount of time that had passed. These things were never reported to me, the owner, and when things like that aren't reported, they continue to degrade. Which attracts tenants who also don't care for the property and it continues to worsen. It's a viscious cycle with the owner left holding the bag. Their inspections are basically just a walkthrough by a third party and not even anyone who "knows" the property so they missed things like roof leaks, ceiling leaks, and water coming into the property through several entry points. Their inspections are so surface level they didn't even report that the tenants had carved out huge sections of the drywall on the property with saw. Guess what? Owner expense. Third, they like to play the incompetence card pretty well. When you ask for something to be repaired, they won't do it and then claim "Oh that was 'so-and-so' (someone not with the company). When you ask to see the property, they will wait for days or until you give up and then claim they were too busy. When you show them how they aren't even keeping the property in compliance with local Denver rental agreement laws, they just 'aw shucks, we didn't know..." type thing. This kind of behavior cost me about $65K in repairs on just about everything in the house. And it cost me several months in lost rent while I had to have the repairs done. And Keyrenter did not care. They didn't care when I reported the problems initially. And they didn't care when I handed them receipts to show the damage they directly caused to my property to make it unhabitable. All they care about is that your property is rented and they get their monthly fee. But they will run your property into the ground.
