I wasn't really sure what "lash look" I was going for when I went in, but she listened and recommended a length and style. She absolutely crushed the look! I'm so pleased. I've been back a few times and every time she takes such care and professionalism for every visit. I used her to get my lashes done before my wedding and she made sure that every lash was perfect!! She is so great! She sanitizes everything, wears a masks, and temperature checks you when you go in. I feel very safe when I'm getting my lashes done. I recommended Tiffany! If you are seriously considering getting eyelash extensions, and especially if you have never gotten this procedure done before - trust me, you want to read this review. ******************************************************** I booked the service last April after one of my coworkers had regularly gotten eyelash extensions fills at Tiffany's and never experienced issues. Having the eyelashes applied was as comfortable as getting individual hairs attached to your eyelids can possibly get. I was all done and sent on my way after an hour. One thing that really bothered me however is that before starting the procedure Lee (the owner/technician) told me how her eyelash sets come in "regular" and "dramatic". The difference between them is that the "dramatic" set has more lashes being applied per eye. Wanting a more natural look, I made it clear the "regular" would have probably been fine, but I was open to opting for the other if the "regular" set turned out to be not as full-looking as I envisioned. She offered to complete the "regular" set and then have me look at it and decide whether I did want to get more eyelashes applied. This sounded totally reasonable.......until, one hour later, she finished up after having applied the "dramatic" set, without ever stopping and asking my opinion (as previously discussed). Yes, I was charged the higher price for the "dramatic" set too. (~$110 as opposed to ~$90) However, that's nothing compared to what happened AFTER I got the eyelashes applied. Ladies, I know, eyelash extensions are fabulous - but they imply a VERY delicate procedure. Avoid getting too excited/impatient and rush the process like I did. You should always have a "patch test" done beforehand to make sure your body won't react to the products. Higher end SPAs/providers offer this. Every extra dollar you might save at a more affordable/casual place like Tiffany's is not worth risking what could happen to your eyes. Important note: I have never struggled with allergies before. No seasonal, food/medicine/product-related, nothing. The morning after the procedure I wake up and the bottom half of my eyes, especially the outer corners, are crazy bloodshot. Bright red. The corners of my eyes feel like they have been badly scratched. I can't stop blinking and tearing up. Two hours later I am just too concerned and decide it's probably best to stop telling myself "it will probably go away" and text Lee about what's happening to my eyes. She tells me that all she can do is remove the lashes and that I should probably get some eye drops and anti-allergy medication. While I perfectly understand that irritation can happen, this hurt way too much for it to be "just" irritation. 30 minutes go by and my eyes hurt terribly. I decide to remove the eyelashes myself with Argan oil because the pain was truly unbearable. I let Lee know, but at this point she can't really do anything for me. I am not offered or given a refund. My eyes remained bloodshot and painful for the next 4 days. It was bad enough for people to continue on asking if I had been crying. To this day I am unsure whether Lee scratched my eyes as she was applying the lashes or if I was allergic to something she used - the glue, the lashes or the adhesive "pads" that go under the eyes. All I know is that I can't even describe how scary it is to not know what is going on with your eyes and whether/when they'll get better. read more

I bought a groupon deal for this place to get eye lash extensions. Lee answered the phone and promptly scheduled me for an appointment that was convenient for both our schedules. It was easy peasy. When you drive to this location, their shops look like an apartment structure. Don't be fooled like I was and drive past it. I circled around and easily found it. Lee was super nice when I arrived. Since it takes about an hour plus to get the eyelash extensions, she asked if I needed to visit the ladies room first. I put my bag down and she put a blanket on top of me. She was really nice in putting me at ease about getting eyelash extensions since it was my first time doing it. It initially felt a little awkward since she puts tape to hold your eyelash and all that in place. She was very gentle and delicate and it never hurt throughout the entire process. She also periodically checked in to see if I was okay, I really appreciated that. I got the mink eyelashes and asked that they look as natural as possible. She did a fantastic job and I loved it. There was a slight sting when she put on the glue but the sensations subsided eventually. I even fell asleep while she was putting on the extensions. One thing that I totally appreciated about Lee's services was that she sanitized her hands before she got started. When she went to answer the phone, after she came back, she sanitized them again. Sometimes people forget and then they go about touching your face. I really thought that was a) very hygienic b) professional of her to do so. After she removed the tape, she gave me a gentle massage on my face and I was off. It felt like I had something in my right eye at first but that nuisance feeling went away. After a bad experience with other salon I found out this place. Address was easy to find and I decided to go here because of the reviews and then price. Prices she is offering on her website were so reliable. So I did not purchased a groupon. I made an appointment and went there. All reviews here are so real about her service. Lee was kind, and blanket, massage, eye drops were real from the other reviews. So I don't have to write it all over. I did full set silk mink. She did a great job, however my eyes during the procedure got very itchy. I went back home and took the mirror, my eyes especially right side from the button was red, itchy and burning. I won't lie I got very scared that my legs were shaking. I was blaming myself why in the world I did it to myself. Was keep thinking if it was something serious, I searched online what happens when eyes gets red and there was horrible stories that one of the specialist mistakenly cut vein inside client's eyes etc. I bought 2 eye drops and end up using the expensive one which was around $10. After 2 days redness disappeared. After 3 weeks I went again for the refills, but let Lee know about the situation and showed her my picture. She said it might be my eyes are sensitive and showed reaction to the glue. She also suggested me to go to another salon and try with another glue. I think she said she using Korean made glue but unfortunately I don't know what kind a glue and probably I will not go to another salon, I mean I don't want to do experiment on my eye. Did I liked eye lash extension? My answer will be definitely YES. I don't have to make make up or anything , I wake up with gorgeous lashes. I wish their longer but Lee said this size is the best. I am just posting this picture just to let you know, if your eyes gets red like mine, don't panic, I guess?! and wait for 2 days. I'm thankful for God that there wasn't anything serious. Groupon buyers beware: you will definitely get the reduced "groupon service" at this salon. I can't believe I paid $86 for a "premium anti aging vitamin facial", what I got was an hour of just applying and removing products. Pros: 1. Nice lady, didn't introduce herself 2. Clean, comfortable salon 3. Products smelled nice that's where it ends... Cons: 1. No decolletage whatsoever. Never touched it. 2. Lighting very bright, not relaxing at all 3. No music 4. Rubbed exfoliation so long I wondered if I had any skin left 5. Mask left on too long, just wanted it to end at that point 6. No hand and arm massage while mask was on 7. Zero massage. Zero. The facial was basically applying and removing products and that's it. Zero customer experience, mostly just functional application of products and the use of the anti-aging wand. There was nothing premium about this facial and I can't believe I paid $86 for it. Total waste of money and not worth it. The owner is very nice and does beautiful work. I've gone in for a dramatic set of mink lashes and a refill. Both times she was able to see me the same day. She takes extra care to moisturize your skin before applying adhesives. Very light touch when applying the lashes, it's hard not to fall asleep. I have had lashes done for many years and Tiffany Lashes and Spa is the 4th one I tried and I am so glad that I have found this place. My last set of Volumn 4D lashes were gluing together and each time a chunk of lash fell off, I swear there were at least 2 of my real lashes on it. While I forgot to asked for the name (assuming that's Lee based on others' reviews), she has the most gentle hands. I did not feel her pulling my lashes and she is really quick. The price is great coz they are running a special and the result is AMAZING!! I love my lashes so much and I would highly recommend this to everyone. Lee is wonderful! I called in at 10am to check if she could fit me in her schedule for a full set mink mascara look (found a deal on groupon) she was very responsive and helpful. When I got to the appointment the place looked very nice and clean... Lee spoke to me to better understand what I was in for and she told me exactly what she had in mind for me (she used 3 different lengths) She was very professional and accommodating - I'm 39 weeks pregnant she was trying her best to make sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment.. My eyes did sting a tiny bit from the glue, but nothing serious at all.. Fast forward to the end result I was very surprised and impressed with the result.. Oh and she gave me a head and face massage (was praying she won't stop) and used an eye moisturizer.. I booked my mom an appointment on Friday because she loved my new lashes.. This was my first time with lash extensions, and I was nervous. Tiffany's prices were fantastic but I am happy to report this was NOT one of those "too good to be true" deals. The office is clean, professional, quiet and located in a very nice building with lots of free parking. My technician explained exactly what she was doing each step of the way and asked several times if I was okay, comfortable, etc. I was sent home with an instruction sheet and had no problems at all. Lee is the lash goddess who brings me to a place where I can just fall in love with her over and over again. I first learned about her through GroupOn and have been a returning customer since. I came here from a Groupon for eyelashes. I asked for thick, dramatic lashes, and she did deliver on that. A couple days after, my eyes started to sting, most likely due to the glue/adhesive that was used. I told her that they are stinging when my lashes touched water, or even when I'm changing and my clothes touched my house. I have had a Yelp account for a really long time, and haven't felt the need to write a review. But after finding this place amongst the many different lash extension places in the area, I felt compelled! I have been through many different lash places, many disappointing, some good, and very few great. I have the sparsest, thinnest lashes that point straight and all different directions. From the first time I had a lash session with Lee, I was immediately hooked on the quality work she did. For the first time, I stepped out of a lash session with a gorgeous, voluminous set of lashes that I was previously completely convinced I could not obtain through extensions. Upon first meeting Lee, I was pleasantly surprised with her demeanor. I like to find one quality place to stay loyal to for continuous service. She is very kind, funny, courteous, and professional, and just a great person! The conversation was always genuine and she is never trying to sell you on anything or has any sort of bad intentions. There is always parking available in the business center where her office is located. You step in and the environment is clean, inviting, and warm. She offers you a blanket when you lay down and also the use of a restroom. As you lay down and relax, she does her work very efficiently and unobtrusively. The experience is far from uncomfortable or painful. I've even fell asleep during a session before. I could even say that she gets better every time I see her! Which may be because of the continuous experience of a vast clientele, or that she becomes used to working with my lashes, or both. At the end of the session, she offers eye drops, and a face massage which feels great. While I was living in Bellevue, I continuously saw Lee for about a year. She was the only person who could do such a great job with my lashes and have them turn out exactly as I wanted them every time. I now relocated 40 minutes away from Bellevue, and STILL commute to Lee to get lashes done by her! I'm telling you - she's the only one I trust to do my lashes the way I want them. The lashes I got were supposed to be 80 lashes dramatic set of mink lashes. They weren't as full as I would've liked them to be. Everyone's pictures on Yelp seemed to be way fuller looking than mines. I agree she does sanitize her hands after touching objects and she's really nice and makes the process comfortable. I probably won't be back because they didn't turn out how I'd hope they turned out, but that's the risk u take when you try out new spas. read more

Before I went in to Tiffany Lash and Spa, I had gotten a full set of lashes by another woman in the area (Nerissa). After three weeks, the lashes started to thin and I knew it was time to get a fill. I wanted to find a good deal, and Tiffany was having a promotion so I decided to go to her. I'd like to add that this was last summer. At first, I thought it was a very pleasant experience--she was very gentle, nice, and had amazing deals. However, immediately after getting my fill from her, my extensions started falling out at the rate of 20 a day. I freaked out and called her, and she politely addressed my concerns and gave me another fill on her a day later. Of course, the same thing happened again and the extensions would not stay on. I knew this had nothing to do with me since my previous experience left me with lashes that literally would not come off. This really disappointed me, so I called Tiffany again and she told me that she would refund my money. I then asked her if she could remove my lashes so that I don't look weird for the next couple weeks while my lashes were falling out. She told me that she could do it for me, but it would burn a lot...This sounded awfully wrong to me because I've heard the entire lash experience from application to removal was supposed to be gentle. I went through with it, and the liquid she used to remove the extensions definitely burned--i cried through it. After that awful experience I got my lashes redone and refilled for 4 more months before deciding to take a break. Those experiences were all pleasant. This is what I learned: 1. Extension removal DOESN'T hurt--as I've gotten them removed 2 times since. I asked the ladies who were doing my lashes if the process hurts and they all told me no. They said the liquid they use is oil based and gentle for the eyes like eye makeup remover. If any person who does lashes ever tell you that removal will hurt, leave the salon. 2. The lashes that Tiffany uses only comes in 1 size: super thick. I'm serious about this...I compared them to the extensions I got later and they all looked thick, plastic, and fake. The base of the lashes she uses are like the trunks of trees. This also gave me a lot of discomfort when I would try to lift my lashes with my fingers since the lash base would dig into my eyelid. This is probably the reason that my lash extensions from her kept falling out since the glue could not hold such thick and heavy monstrosities. 3. The products that she uses are definitely not safe to use. They are heavy and harsh for the eyes, and can cause damage to the natural lashes. 4. Finally, another thing I noticed that probably led to my discomfort was that she applied the lashes right at the root of my lashes. After doing research, I learned that safe practice is applying the lashes 0.5 - 1mm away from the root of the lash. Applying at the root will continuously tug at natural lashes and thus cause harm to them. For everyone new to lashes: ONLY trust lash brands that you know when getting extensions and DO your research. Tiffany used an Asian brand I didn't know, and I let it go because of her unbeatable pricing. It was a waste of time for me, and I totally regret the decision. I hope that she has finally chosen to stock up on more lash sizes and better glues/removers. I know most respectable lash places have many brands in their inventory just in case. read more
