My experience here was awesome. The clinic has a very clean cut setup and pretty spacious waiting area. All the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I was pretty nervous going in for my first appointment since I never had laser hair removal treatment before, but Crystal was great at explaining the whole procedure to me and let me know that it would essentially be pain free. And she was right! I highly recommend this clinic to everyone looking to try laser hair removal for the first time. I'm going to try their facial packages too. read more

I've had a really great experience visiting Serenity Rejuvenation center for my laser hair removal. I noticed fantastic results within the first few treatments and couldn't be happier. As a person who's always had to shave daily, this is definitely a game changer for me! I don't have as much skin irritation from the excessive shaving or from the razor burns/ingrown hairs. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SKIN!!! I waited so long to write this review as I was hoping this business to take care of the mess they made on my face but that never happened. I have finished two of my three sessions, my face burned and there is a scar on my lip and they refused to do the third session nor refunding my money back. Here is the story: I had a laser hair removal session at Serenity Rejuvenation Center on Wednesday, March 21st at 12.15pm and it went awful! By the end, I was literally in tears because my upper lip felt like it was on fire. A technician did my laser, I kept asking for breaks during the session and even had to move my face out of the way so she would STOP. Anyway, my lip instantly scabbed and was burning for 72 hours after the procedure...even while constantly applying aloe vera gel. It's Nov 5th and my cupid bow disappeared as well as my upper lip line has no shape!!! I contacted the clinic, talked to Dr. O'Connell but he was not helpful at all. He emailed me just to cover what his staff did to me but in reality, when I called several times and even showed up, they refused to help. I am now going to a dermatologist to fix the problem. I've gone in for 5 of the 6 laser hair removal treatments. This is important because I feel like most people write a review after their first appointment - but aren't you wondering if the treatment lasts? Is this a PERMANENT solution? The answer is no. Serenity boasts that by doing the treatments 6 weeks apart it will "kill the root" and stop hair growth. Unfortunately this is not true. It DOES slow down hair growth - I could go a few weeks without shaving - but then it slowly and surely comes back full on. So do not go here hoping for permanent hair removal. It's a fallacy. Rest of the details: LOCATION: very small office in Bellevue with about 4 parking spots. Weird waiting room with old white leather couches... COST: I bought a Groupon for the 6 treatments and wouldn't recommend doing it without a deal. My Groupon was $350 per section (6 sessions) and I purchased both legs and brazilian ($700 + tax total). SERVICE: The blonde receptionist, who I've now learned is the assistant manager, is rather rude. I hated dealing with her - she always acts as if you're an inconvenience to her day by walking in the door. I did enjoy Rhiannon - she was careful and thorough and tried to ease pain as much as she could. However I only saw her once and am not sure she still works there. If you cancel an appointment, even the day before as I did, you face a $100 fee. Wow.. don't get sick or have a fender bender on the way! read more

tl:dr: I has 5 laser hair removal sessions and ended up with MORE hair than when I started :-( I went around five times for laser hair removal; I was told that if I came every six weeks, on average people need six visits for permanent hair removal. I was assured by the tech several times that hair removal is permanent, even though I read online that it's never technically permanent and might need some upkeep. I was told the hair that was in the growing stage (around 10% of my hair) would fall out a week after my session, and would not grow back again, and that I would have progressively less hair each time and that any hair that did grow back would be finer and more sparse. 10% of the hair did fall out a week after each session, but in the following 5 weeks before my next session the hair would always completely grow back. There was absolutely no progression. When I brought this up to the tech, she basically implied that it was in my head, that my hair growth was less each time and maybe I was just remembering differently how much hair I had before. But that's not true, I know my body; and yes, there were bald spots after the first week but I would always watch the same hair follicles ignite again after two weeks and grow back just as before. After four sessions with no progress, the doctor told me that some people get paradoxical hair growth from laser treatments, meaning it will stimulate hair growth rather than suppress it. He said it's usually people with fine, light hair and he asked me if my hair is fine and light. It's not. I'm a brunette with dark brown course hair and contrastingly pale skin, supposedly the ideal candidate for laser hair removal. He then told me that it can take up to 9 times for laser hair removal to work...which, fine, but I wish they would have told me what kind of financial investment I was in for at the start because these sessions really add up. Finally, I went to the 5th session, and told them I'm not seeing progress and wondered if maybe I have a different hair growth cycle than others and maybe need to have my sessions closer together or further apart to account for it. I had talked to a different laser studio that told me that the laser only targets hairs that are in a specific part of the growth cycle, and that everyone's cycles are different and that they customize treatments to your personal cycle to assure results. I thought since my hair does initially fall out but around the fifth week it comes back with a vengeance, maybe I needed to have treatments every five weeks instead of every six? I asked this of the tech and she said it doesn't work this way and that I might just need a lot of sessions. Later, I called and left a message asking this question on voicemail and asking for the doctor to call me back; the tech called me back instead and again refused to talk to me about the growth cycle. So I told her I really want to talk to the doctor; she told me he would call me back that afternoon and he never did. So, I skipped my 6th appointment...and my hair has not only grown all the way back, it's actually darker, thicker, and longer than before! My hair was dark brown before and now it's nearly black, super wirey, and longer than it's ever been. I even think new follicles that I never had before have been stimulated and basically my hair is growing like crazy. I have no hormonal issues and otherwise should have been an ideal candidate. I'm upset no one would talk to me about this, or partner with me to get the right results; the wasted a lot of my time and money to end up worse than where I started. read more

Would give zero stars if I could! Complete utter bull sh*t. Do NOT waste your money or time they can not hold on to their employees. At least professional ones! I have been going to Ruby for 6 years and they proceed to tell me she got fired. I would have liked better customer service to allow me the choice of who I go to for personal service such as laser. I've spent thousands of dollars here but will no longer. Buyer beware and for the young woman at the front desk you need an attitude adjustment. This place is not a good business. Updated To the woman at the front desk I was not "upset " and having a good day until I set foot into Serenity's toxic environment . My mistake I have been a client for 6 years and been going to Ruby for past 2 years just felt like longer again because of her stellar service. Clearly you did not consult with a PR person before responding unprofessionally to a paying client. I was supposed to have an appointment at 10 am then was asked to switch to 3pm. At that time I should have been told that she was no longer with the company and if I would like to see another technician regardless of policy and again given a choice. You are correct I don't need to know why she is no longer there but I commuted 45 minutes to specifically see her and it would be a common courtesy. You clearly were not listening to what I was saying when I said if I had known that I was not being seen by Ruby I did not want the treatment. Again laser very personal areas. I can afford many treatments so don't patronize me. I was not getting any free treatments. I am appalled because of your blatant rudeness and calling me a liar " being provided services behind closed doors" this is very transparent here in this response. I'm a very honest person and that is a fact. I gladly will not come back and NOT recommend you to anyone!! I'm taking my business to Dr Stephens in Bellevue where I'm treated with respect. read more

I had three sessions of laser hair removal. This is after having the procedure at another clinic so this was session 4-6. It has worked somewhat but the last session was so painful I about came off the table. I asked the gal to turn it down and she argued that the hair was too course and wouldn't work. Interesting because the other five sessions didn't hurt at all and I think I won't need any more treatments. The worst part of being at the clinic was meeting the doctor who was very unprofessional. I was asking for Alle' points and he acted like I was asking for the moon. I get points for everything I get done, including laser hair removal from another clinic so I know this is possible and should not be a huge ask. He first asked me what I was going to use points for (which is none of his business) then made a snide remark in a text "We'll try to get your 15 dollars or so" as if it isn't worth the bother. I don't care how few he thinks those points are, I'm here to tell you those points add up. He stated there are more prudent things he needs to take care of. I have been asking for these points since my first visit which was several months ago. They have had time to fix the problem. The owner was rather nasty to me and treated me like I was a nuisance. My husband had a successful private medical practice for 40 years. We understand first hand how an office works and should operate. Obviously, I won't be back. Update. This was three stars..changed to one after I got another text from the owner. After attempting to explain how Alle works and telling the owner not to bother since he obviously doesn't want to help and I said I wouldn't be back, this is his response: "Great , not even worth a response. I purchased a Groupon for three laser hair removal treatments. I was a bit skeptical at first but after my first session I know it's the real deal. I had the removal done on my face. After the first few days I Noticed the hair was growing back VERY slowly like where I'd normally need to shave daily it would take 3-4 days for the same growth. I've noticed about 60% reduction in the hair itself. I know it was only one treatment but I'm beyond pleased. I'll update after the third treatment. Update: still giving a 5 star rating. I've had three full face treatments I'm up to 7-10 days between feeling the need to shave and really just shaved this week because I was going in for my third treatment and you need to be shaved. It's wonderful. I've purchased three more treatments and have good hope that it'll be fully gone! Will make a final update after 6th treatment. read more

I just finished my 3 sessions of laser hair removal and I am very satisfied. Staffs are very nice, friendly, and do their best to make you feel better. Everything seems very clean and well organized. I loved the result that hair now grow really slowly and finely. To be honest 3 sessions were not enough to get rid of all the hair perfectly so people usually get 6 sessions. But for me, I like my result so far so I think I will come back after few month and purchase extra sessions for touch ups. read more

For quite some time, I've had sun spots on my face which have bothered me. I have tried using various creams and even micro needling to target them; however, none of that has been been effective. I found Dr. O'Connell on Yelp as he had amazing reviews and I decided to schedule an IPL treatment. Initially, I was scared that it would be painful, but it was completely painless! There was also no downtime at all. It has been about 2 weeks since I've obtained the treatment and I can definitely see great results. My skin is clearer and brighter. Before the procedure, the doctor made sure to ask about my goals and medical history. He openly advised me of the risks and benefits and answered all of my questions. I went in for Laser IPL treatment to reduce redness and for evening skin tone/lessening light scares. However, afterwards, my beard started regrowing very patchy, and now has permanent hair removal baldness along my beard... I did not go in for laser hair removal, and was not notified that IPL would remove my facial hair permanently. If I had been disclosed this information, I would not have undergone IPL. I reached out a few weeks after treatment and did not hear back. I still have not heard back almost 2months later and still have permanent hair loss along my face. I thought this was significantly unprofessional and I should have been notified that IPL would ruin my facial hair permanently prior to treatment. Please avoid as I don't think they were very honest to me and wouldn't respond to my concerns and now I have permanent facial hair damage :/ read more

It was my first time getting laser hair removal treatment done and I had the best results from serenity rejuvenation center. I was able see visible results right after two sessions. I have completed 5 sessions now and I don't think I would even need the standard 9-12 sessions that's usually recommended. I am already seeing 95% improvement. Absoutely horrifying experience with this clinic. I went to this clinic to do the picosure facial therapy and I found out that the doctor missed the few spot. So I requested to do missing part that i wanted to cover on the 2nd visit. For some reason, their attitude was not same as my 1st visit and everyone there was very rude to me. I asked the doctor to do the missing spot but instead he did the same spots that he already cover few days ago when i visited first time. He kept saying the spot that I requsted was not the target and it is alreay covered. I have done many picosure therapy and i do know that it was not covered. After i got 2nd treatment on same spots my skin got burnt badly and it is taking long time to recover. I called the other clinic to find out if that is ok to re-do the same spot treatment within few days they said patients should wait for about 6 weeks to recover to re-do the same spots. I really did not like the service i have in this clinic at all. When I asked for some refund for not being satisfied fully or not receiving the service fully they strongly refused to do so. I Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE TO ANY PEOPLE WHO WANT THOROUGH SERVICE. read more

Terrible place. No consideration for client safety with COVID. They talked me into several expensive services that I didn't need. Oddly, they even said this afterwards. Very high pressure sales. I guess it's partly my fault for succumbing to the pressure, but none of the laser services I got helped. I wasted a ton of money. I was also threatened by the staff. The doctor has an anger problem and that clearly comes from the top down to the staff also being really angry. It's sadly, a very unpleasant place to be. There are plenty of other places to get hair removal and laser services at. Go somewhere else. read more

The receptionist said it's 10 minutes into your appointment time so she won't be able to do your treatment but she can still do your consultation. I walked in 2 minutes later and she said she couldn't do it. I said I just got of the phone and they said I could so she went back to ask the nurse Erin if she could do it and she said no because her next client was going to be there in 15 minutes. The consultation I needed was one she had already given me. It would have taken 2 minutes. Needless to say I won't be returning.

I've always been bothered with my underarm hair. Especially summer time comes and the shaving starts. Due to work I came to Bellevue and finally decided to make time and get rid of my hair. Serenity Rejuvenation Center had great reviews and it was close to work. I contacted them and making appointment process was smooth and fast. I received all the information that I needed. When I came to the clinic it was nice, clean and beautifully located with lots of parking space. Dr. Oconnell was very helpful during the consultation. We talked about laser hair removal a lot. I learned a lot during consultation and to be honest I knew nothing about lasers prior. I learned about Picosure for my hyperpigmentation so I decided to try that as well. After the 8th sessions my hair is invincible. It gone through being patchy to no hair :) I understand it is not a permanent removal and it is a permanent reduction. I will go back for more hair removal - with the numbing cream :))) it helps. My Pico treatment was not painful due to their office numbing cream. They applied on my face 45 min prior. It was pretty fast and the result is superb. My sundamaged skin looks young and almost spotless. The cold air also was very helpful. I recommended this place to all of my co workers and friends. I don't normally do reviews and this is probably my first yelp review EVER but this girl is WORTH IT! I just completed my second Brazilian laser hair removal treatment done by Crystal and she was AMAZING! Before laser treatment, I have been getting waxed pretty frequently for many years but today I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed until I met Crystal! She makes you very comfortable and comes up with multiple ways to distract the pain! This didn't happen at my first appointment and I wish I had Crystal to begin with! Firstly, she always asked if it was okay to try something before she does it, just to see if you even like it. She first gave me a stress ball to hold on to during the process which totally helps. She then did the tapping arm method as a distraction and that was PERFECT! Next, when certain areas felt sensitive, she counted to 3 so I knew the zaps were coming! Again, CRYSTAL IS AMAZING! I can't say that enough!!! The crazy part is, talking about my previous experience, getting undressed, and her finishing the treatment took a total time of 7 minutes! I was mind blown! I am a huge fan of Serenity Rejuvenation! I found it through Groupon probably 5 years ago, when I purchased a laser hair removal treatment for my underarms. I did 9 treatments, and while it did not 100% get rid of my hair (this is not their fault, it has to do with my hair type/genetics - I recommend doing your research before trying any kind of procedure, to set realistic expectations), it DRASTICALLY improved my daily maintenance and self-esteem. I returned about a year ago to start another treatment and have had such a positive experience with Ruby. She's always a joy, sets realistic expectations, is kind when I need a break in the middle of a procedure, makes changes when I need them, etc. She's been awesome and I so appreciate that I've been able to work with her through the whole process. Not to mention THE PRICES! A normal procedure can easily be 3-4 times what I pay at Serenity. When I tell people what I've paid, they give me the "you get what you pay for," as if the service must be sub par. IT IS NOT. The center is clean, welcoming, and I have never felt like anything was below standard, in any way. I'm a huge fan. If I weren't, I wouldn't be a repeat client. This place is amazing! From the building, staff and the advanced care and practices they offer! This was my first tattoo removal and i made search to research and find the best place. I heard many great things and also saw so many great stories of people who had their tattoo removed there. I noticed that other places did not show pictures and offer any stories. This was a big deal for me going in and i was more than impressed once i arrived. The lady at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helped me book the appointment. She was very kind and sweet and really made me feel at home. I then met the doctor who was very informative and caring. He explained the different processes and how things would go during my procedures. I am someone who asks A LOT of questions and not one time did I ever feel like i asked too many questions and he answered every single one with a tremendous amount of patience. The procedure itself was great! I have heard so many stories about the pain you have when getting a removal and did not feel that way AT ALL. I had been interested in getting laser hair removal for my bikini line area for a few years, but was held back due to fear. I finally took the plunge and scheduled a consultation with Serenity Rejuvenation Center. Reanna facilitated my consultation. She was very thorough, was able to answer all of my questions and put my fears aside. I purchased 6 sessions and opted to have all of the hair removed from my bikini area. Everything Reanna told me I would experience was completely accurate. She was very professional, gentle and kind. I have had my 6 sessions and almost all of the hair is removed. I will have one more session, but I am so very pleased with the service and the results to-date. What an amazing difference!!!! For those of you who are a little fearful of what to expect, I recommend scheduling a consultation to discuss the service and have your questions answered. The procedure did create some minor discomfort, but it was very tolerable, only lasted during the actual procedure and Reanna was really supportive throughout the sessions. I performed quite a bit of research regarding laser hair removal and am very pleased that I selected Serenity Rejuvenation Center for the procedures. I purchased the 6-pack treatment option covering underarms, modified brazilian and legs. My sessions were conducted by Reanna, a Licensed Master Esthetician with a fantastic bedside manner and superb technique. A couple of times we opted to hold off on doing my legs because my tan was still pretty prominent, which could affect my results. I appreciate Reanna's input & candor regarding this. While it would be nice to finish up treatments as quickly as possible, I'd rather wait and ensure optimal results than have to come back for a follow-up. At the most, the pain factor was a 3 on a scale of 1-5. Most times I'd call it a 2 - very tolerable. There was no lingering discomfort. Surprisingly, my girly parts were not the most sensitive of areas - it was my shins where the skins is much thinner. Reanna anticipated this and checked in frequently to make sure I was OK. I've been wanting lip fillers for a while, so after searching a few different places I decided on Serenity Rejuvenation Center because of all their great reviews. I've never had any type of filler before so I was really nervous. Front desk was very nice and welcoming and gave me some paperwork to fill out- I personaly liked the atmosphere, not too "foo foo" so to speak, but it also didn't make me feel like I was at the dentist either (thank God, I really hate that! ) The Doctor and his assistant really helped put me at ease. I told them that I wanted my lips to be quite a bit larger, but I also didn't want the "I just had injections...duck lips look." It wasn't nearly as painful as I thought and did I mention I'm really afraid of needles! The Doctor would warn me before he inserted the needle and after this numbing stuff kicked in I really couldn't feel much. Next day I was swollen, but by day 3 my lips looked AMAZING ! Amazing and Lasting Results I had stubborn belly fat and love handles which bothered me and won't go away no matter what I did - exercise everyday, diet even fasting. I saw a Cooslculpting commercial on TV and decided to research it and I discovered Coolsculpting with Serenity Rejuvenation Center on Yelp. The friendly, helpful staff and Dr. O'Connell helped me to understand what CoolSculpting is and helped me to define the areas need to be treated in order to achieve the kind of results that I wanted. The team worked hard trying to get the applicators positioned just right so I can get the maximum result. They treated both my abdominal area and love handles. Each session took 1 hour in total it took 3 hours which went by pretty quick watching Netflix :). In additional it was painless and allowed me to carry on my daily activities right away. I strongly recommend CoolSculpting at Serenity Rejuvenation Center for your stubborn belly fats. I have been going to Serenity for tattoo removal for over 5 years and I can't say enough good things about Dr. O'Connell. He did such a great job removing a tattoo on my face that I decided I wanted many more removed on my arm. I'm covered with plenty of "permanent" reminders of poor past decisions and thanks to Dr. O'Connell, they are permanent no more! I truly enjoy taking to Dr. O'Connell and have come to see him more as a friend than just a provider. He has a genuine interest in his patients and truly takes their care very seriously. I called many places for Coolsculpting and Serenity Rejuvenation Center gave me a very detailed and good information over the phone which made me feel comfortable to go see them for consult. I met Dr.O'Connell and his staff. They were all very welcoming and professional. After the thorough consult and assessment I decided to pursue with the treatment. On the day of my treatment I was a bit nervous but because the doctor and his staff guided me through the process it went smooth. It took an hour for the procedure followed by the massage. It was really strange to see my body part frozen lol. I had some numbness for 2 weeks. I begun seeing result in week 8. Week 15 I saw a nice result. Very satisfied with the service and with my result. I was informed that if I need further sculpting I can get more treatment on the same area. Love coolsculpting. I saw a huge reduction in hair growth even after my first treatment that I purchased another set of treatments for another body part. My treatments are usually scheduled for Saturdays and the Medical Esthetician is very nice, accommodating and thorough. I have been going to Serenity Rejuvenation Center for the past two years for a variety of services: laser hair removal, IPL, YAG laser and very recently lip augmentation. I have always been very satisfied with the results of their services. I have NEVER experienced unprofessional behavior from any of their staff members. Everyone has always been friendly, but professional and have patiently answered my questions about which skin care treatment would give me the results that I desire. Recently, I went there for lip augmentation. Dr. O'Connell personally performs this service. I am incredibly pleased with the results. Dr. O'Connell and his assistant (I forgot to get her name!!) were so nice and made me very comfortable with my first IPL treatment. Doctor was very professional and took time to explain the procedure and what results were expected to happen, including darken brown spots (not to be scared!) He communicated with me entire time during the treatment so that I feel comfortable knowing that what was going on my face (big flashy bright lights!) and told me "this might feel a bit of pain" whenever sensitive spots were treated such as around mouth. Luckily, I felt almost not pain! I think that it's due to the skill of the doctor and preparation played a huge role into that. Being a pharmacist of course I deal with side effects of medications frequently, and was well read before going into the consultations that I received for the issue of fine lines around my forehead and botox. I actually went to three consultations around the eastside and chose Dr. O'Connell. He actually suggested we start with less than half the dose recommended by the drug manufacturer so for this reason and the professionalism I experienced, I chose to proceed here. Immediately I felt that I found the perfect place for me. Very engaging and down to earth. Past experiences were all sales, stating I needed at least 4 treatments. Some even saying I needed IPL plus laser. Here I was told my skin is really in good condition and just a one time IPL maintenance was needed. I waited weeks for this appointment and received this message as I was walking in from the parking lot 3 min late. I have previously waited 20 min when they were delayed and had no issue w it. Another time I was 7 min late (traffic) but paid for my session anyway. I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's. You need to set expectations of how early you want clients to show up and wait so that they will not be considered late and cancelled.

Pictures included with this review…read more I debated for a long time about whether to write this review, but ultimately decided to share my experience in case it helps someone else researching injectors. I saw Jill at the beginning of the year after finding her through social media. One of the main reasons I chose her was because she heavily promotes herself as an injector trainer and educator online, which gave me confidence in her expertise. My main concern was the early appearance of jowls. During my consultation, she recommended three vials of Sculptra along with 2-3 syringes of filler, assuring me that after completing the treatment I likely wouldn't need to do anything else for the next several years. At 33 years old, I was initially surprised by the recommendation for three vials of Sculptra. I expressed my hesitation, but she explained that the guideline is roughly one vial per decade of age, which I later saw repeated online. Because of that, I trusted her recommendation. At first, I didn't notice many changes since Sculptra works gradually and cannot be dissolved. However, as the collagen stimulation developed over the following months, I became increasingly unhappy with the results. My naturally heart-shaped face gradually became much squarer and puffier, and my jawline looked noticeably heavier, which actually emphasized the concerns I had wanted to correct. It has been difficult coming to terms with those changes, especially knowing that Sculptra cannot simply be reversed and may take years to diminish. Following the Sculptra treatments, I also developed significant acne and severe pore congestion. When I brought it up, I was told I could go on medication to manage it which I declined. The filler was another disappointment. I was advised to place multiple syringes throughout my lower face to improve the jowls, but I believe the result was overfilled. Whenever I pushed my chin forward, there was a visible lump of filler, which I've included in one of my photos. What concerned me most was what happened at my follow-up appointment. After completing everything that had originally been recommended, I expected we were finished, as I had been told. Instead, I was encouraged to add even more Sculptra into my marionette lines. That was the moment I realized the goalposts had shifted. I had trusted the original treatment plan, believing it would achieve the desired result, and instead I was being advised to undergo even more treatment which was a major red flag for me. I also requested only a very subtle lip enhancement, but my lips ended up "subtly" uneven, because she didn't correct my asymmetry which is also visible in my photos. I never went back to address that because the trust was broken and because she used up a whole syringe and considering their practices I wouldn't want to pay more for correction. Overall, I left feeling that the amount of product recommended and ultimately injected was far more than what was necessary for me. My goal was to look refreshed and natural, but instead I felt overfilled, and I have spent months regretting that decision. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff also left a negative impression. On one visit, I was told I couldn't use the restroom inside the clinic and was directed to the public restroom in the building lobby instead. On another occasion, immediately after my procedure, a staff member stood in the doorway waiting for me to leave, which made me feel rushed and uncomfortable while I was still trying to gather my belongings. This experience cost me a significant amount of money, but more importantly, it has had a lasting impact on my confidence. Because Sculptra cannot be dissolved, I now have to wait years and hope my face gradually returns closer to its previous appearance. I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic or the injector I saw.

I decided to try Daxxify instead of Botox this time, and I'm excited to see how it compares in terms of longevity.

Dr. Kevin has a great eye and could see my face would flatten if filler was dissolved. He expertly put Radiesse on the sides of my face/cheeks to add support and blend w Voluma for a natural,softer look. Also,put Radiesse in trouble spots around jaw and chin. Very reasonable cost of $750 per syringe. So happy and looking forward to my next Xerf treatment,end of March.
