Every time I've had an issue with my back or knee I call, and when the pain has been severe they fit me into the schedule quickly. They are never pushy and help me create a PT/MT plan that work best for my busy schedule. A testament to their attentiveness; when I've gone in for treatment, I've often stopped ahead of schedule.
