I came in today , and immediately the front desk was trying to have me purchase additional extractions or a different type of facial that is more expensive , she said " you have acne this facial isn't suited for you" I told her kindly I actually don't have acne , I have a dermatologist and yes I do have acne scars but I have not a single active pimple or skin that needed many extractions . She said they would only do extractions on my nose and lips and I said that was perfect for me . They take me to the room and leave the room so I can change out of my shirt . MIND YOU THIS IS A 60 MINUTE FACIAL . I paid for a 60 minute facial which means I expect 60 mins worth of service . It took her 5 minutes to come back to the room . There was no sink for her to wash her hands and I didn't see her put on hand sanitizer . She washed my face and then applied an exfoliator that felt like tree hut scrub . She then left the room for 10 more minutes at this point we have only gotten to exfoliation and she already hasn't been on the room for 15 minutes ..... she comes back and puts this ultrasonic device that is usually used for extractions , she put no pressure and no extractions nor dead skin was taken off . She then gives me the shittiest facial massage . No technique , no pressure , just slathering thick cream on my face this goes on for about 10 minutes and then she slathers a mask on me and leaves for the rest of the appointment . I laid there for 15-20 mins just wondering where she left . Usually during a mask , estheticians will find something to do like a scalp massage or anything really that is providing a service in that downtime . She comes back takes off the mask and this point I'm really upset . I try to walk out the door , and the front desk harassed me about a tip I told her it was the worse facial I have ever received I will definitely not be tipping . Not only am I going to dispute this with my bank but I am absolutely reporting this place to the board of Estheticians. There is no way this lady went though any formal training . You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for this SCAM . You should t have to scam people out of money . Definitely did not receive the service i paid for .

Eunice was recommended to us, as I also have been going to the coinciding hair salon (Hair News-please see my other review!) for many years. And, she is fabulous! My mom comes here a few times a month for facial treatments for the last 4-5 years, and her skin is flawless. She comes back from skincare with her face glowing and fresh looking. I know only the best products and high quality service is used. For me, I have come for a few facials as well as removal of a few skin things (underlying acne bumps and small not too deep moles). Something came up the next day and it wouldn't have been worth injecting a zit days later. So I called to cancel and am then told they couldn't refund me. I can still come in and get the service done any time, but since it was for a one time acne lesion, I won't really be needing it. Plus I work at a nearby med spa and was only in the area. It would have been nice if someone told me upfront that if I cancelled, my money would be kept. Especially because I understand that being the case for the deposit, but I was encouraged to pay the full amount and all of it was kept. Of course I couldn't dispute the charge because it's in their fine print... A little upfront honesty and clarity would have gone a long way though.
