They do a great job. I have one issue which MIGHT be overlooked by the owner but needs to be pointed out. They charge the same here for Botox as they do at a plastic surgeons office. That's fine. What I don't think is "fine" is getting injected and having them hand you an iPad with a "tip" for your injector. Already looking at 20%. It should not be ethical to "tip" for any medical (whether elective or not) based stuff. So let's say you spend 1k on an injectable.... Are they really expecting you to tip $200 for 5 min of time? So what... I'm paying an injector more than my lawyer or a surgeon? No thank you. read more

I went for an appointment early in the morning for Botox. When the nurse took me to the room she took a quick peek in the fridge and said oh I am sorry we ran out of Botox. How can you run out of Botox at a med spa ? I had read the comment of a previous patient that they had told her that too. My experience was just average. I went to see a blonde technician, possibly named Bonny or Barbara. She didn't seem particularly knowledgeable, which is concerning given the potential risks of laser treatments causing hyperpigmentation. It might benefit her to seek further training. During our consultation, she asked about my race. I'm white but Hispanic, and she mentioned needing to treat me differently as a Hispanic, even if I were from Spain it doent matter. What she really was asking me was how mixed am i with the native Americans (and yes native people from south AMERICA are AMERICAN's it doesn't just include the USA, mexico is part of NORTH America. Spaniards are white Europeans. What this moron wanted to know was how much Native American or black (slaves brought over to the new worlds- all of the Americans, hence Brazil and Colombia with high concentration of black). If her goal was to determine my Fitzpatrick skin type, understanding my race and heritage more accurately would have been essential. Hispanics can be of Asian descent, middle eastern, black......go back to school Bonny. read more

I've been waiting to write this review after finishing my full LHR treatment. I've been coming here for a year now, I've done 12 sessions (2 packages) with them and have seen very little results. When I told them this, they simply told me to keep buying more of their packages which I think is ridiculous considering I've been coming here for a year now. Furthermore, I always come in right on time for my appointments, even earlier, and I never get seen until 20-30 minutes later while others get to go in before me. Especially since they're always booked I have to take time away from work just to come in. The staff favors other patients more and will brush others off. The customer service here sucks and the staff is very rude. I do not recommend this place, I will be going elsewhere for treatments from now on. read more

I waited to get through all 6 sessions of my underarms laser hair removal treatment to write this review. This is for a Groupon I purchased and it was very well priced. This was also my first time ever getting laser hair removal and the staff was friendly and explained everything in the beginning. The machine that they use hurts because it's the kind that they glide on your skin (soprano ice). Although some discomfort is expected in these treatments I didn't realize that all laser hair removal didn't have to be this painful until I went somewhere else. Also, I got hyper pigmentation on one side from the treatment here. As the sessions continued, the service dwindled a bit, especially in terms of getting an appt, availability seemed limited. For my last few sessions I would always get a call from the receptionist the day of, asking me if I can come in earlier in the day. I work during the day and that's why I schedule my appts for late afternoon so it's kind of annoying to have to keep telling them I can't come in earlier. I tried my best to come in earlier when I could but I don't want to have to feel pressured to do that. read more
