Updating my review since I got another chance to try the cookies warm and pick other flavors. I've tried the chocolate chip twice since and they're my absolute favorite, even over InsomniaCookies. Never thought I'd say that after my original experience. The manager reached out so that we could try again and have a better experience, which I'm grateful for. I still think some of the other flavors need work, but the standard chocolate chip are perfect. ALWAYS get them warm! Don't make the mistake I did and go at the end of the shift and buy out of the case. read more

It was good but... what to say about Tiffs treats? the outside is so quaint and the smells emanating are quite inviting. But the first thing that i noticed was the price: 1.25 per cookie. Which while expensive isn't a complete deal breaker. but what's insulting is that there is no discount for buying a dozen. 15 dollars for a dozen cookies. the cookies themselves were good but not worth the price. a little better than store bought. the presentation was aesthetically pleasing with a nice bakery box and a ribbon tied around it forming a lovely bow. however, once the box was open, the 12 cookies were carelessly thrown into the box. despite the wax paper separating the different types, they were haphazardly piled on top of each other which combined flavors. and much like my many lovers, the cookies broke apart and crumbled under my gentle touch. overall though, decent cookies. read more

Tiff's Treats is a lot like Insomnia Cookies but a whole lot better. Like much, much better IMO. I really enjoyed their chocolate chip and M&M cookies. I thought their sugar cookies were just ok and my son thought the same about the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. As yummy as the cookies are, I haven't had good service from the company. We scheduled a delivery on graduation day and an employee called me to ask about an hour before our set time if they could deliver at a later time. I agreed to push back the time about an hour, but then I got another call that they would be late for that delivery time as well. I had to leave for graduation, so I rescheduled for that evening. We got an email saying they wouldn't charge us for the delivery, which we thought was nice because they had been late twice. However, we saw that the charge wasn't refunded on our credit card. Called and asked about it and they said "oh we meant we wouldn't charge you for reordering the cookies for the evening delivery." Not good customer service in my opinion- if you were late TWICE, you need to make it right! read more

My coworker brought a box of these cookies to the office. The cookies were fresh out of the oven. I grabbed a chocolate chip cookie because those are usually my favorite. I was excited it was still slightly warm. I took a bite and the cookie was just okay. It was sweet and doughy, but rather lackluster. There was nothing special about this cookie. I was really surprised that the most popular cookie from a place that specializes in cookies was unable to deliver. I would much prefer to make cookies at home that taste better (in my opinion) and are cheaper. I would compare the quality of a Tiff's Treat chocolate chip cookie to the level of a grocery store bakery section. Overall I wouldn't visit this place if you know how to follow a recipe, are a fan of those tubes of refrigerated Tollhouse/ Nestle cookie dough, or can spare a trip to the Kroger or HEB bakery department. UPDATE 10/9/16 I decided to give Tiff's Treats another try. I went in here on this past Saturday afternoon after eating lunch in the area. My group got a snickerdoodle cookie, a peanut butter, chocolate chip cookie, and a brownie all heated up. The snickerdoodle was quite good! Alas the peanut butter, chocolate chip cookie AND especially the brownie were very MEH. I've made better and I've bought better from grocery stores. Unless you have an affinity for snickerdoodle, I stand by what I originally said. If you have high standards for baked goods, this place is subpar. read more

I had several cookies from here. A little on the pricey side at $1.50 a cookie, but the cookies are pretty good tasting, fresh and not having a processed taste. I ordered Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip Oatmeal and Snickerdoodle. I chose to have them warmed up. The cookies with the chocolate were a little messy trying to get them out of the little insulated bag after being warmed up, but we're very soft and tasty. My favorite was the snickerdoodle. The warm flavors of sugar and cinnamon were excellent and other than a little sugar on your fingers, no mess. If you don't mind the price and looking for something soft and chewy to satisfy your sweet tooth I highly recommend a cookie from here! read more

Then once they brought it around it was packaged wrong. 2 dozen cookies in 3 boxes. It was supposed to be 1 dozen cookies in 6 boxes. He told me I ordered it wrong calling me profane names as he took it back. He called over a lady to Help him fix. Then brings it back with the correct # of boxes but shorting me by 3 dozen cookies. This is my second time going to tiff's treats here in college station. I will say the cookies are all they're cracked up to be, very delicious. I've liked every one that I've tried. However, bothTimes that I have visited the store I have been on impressed with their customer service. The last time I went in I asked for a carrying bag because I ordered several cookies and wanted to not have to carry out a bunch of individual bags, and the Time I had gone in before they freely offered such carrying bags. But when I asked for a bag this time the employee sort of rolled her eyes and said OK. Then got my cookies out of the oven put them in the individual bags and proceeded to not give me a carrying bag. I'm not sure if she just misunderstood what I was asking for, but regardless I was unimpressed with her tone and mannerisms. She also did not greet us when we walked in and the only kind of greeting we got was which one do you want? I'm willing to give tiffs treats another try, but I sincerely hope that their customer service improves. read more

I've heard good things about this place, but my experience was awful... Ordered days before Valentine's Day, was told they couldn't deliver at any point on 2/14, so I decided on the evening before. Spent $50 for cookies, truffles, and milk and got the delivery at around 10pm... The delivery girl was clearly overwhelmed and let me know the (cold) cookies, truffles, and (dead) rose were in the bag, but the milk was misplaced. She said she'd take the charge off the ticket, I thanked her and she went on her way. 20 minutes later I'm with my family and check my phone to three missed called and a few voicemails saying that she found the milk and would turned around, then another that she changed her mind because I wouldn't pick up the phone (lol) and was going to stick with the original plan... The cookies and truffles were nothing special at all... I'd like to think that my bad experience was a result of a super busy time for them and that if they had not been so overwhelmed, everything would have gone differently..
