I'm a Tiff's Treats fan for many years. We stopped at this location to get two cookies each. The price is 2 dollars each a little high but I will spurge for their cookies once in a while. You cannot go wrong with any cookie but I love the peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. This is a good store to run in a grab a cookie and eat in your car. At work we order Tiff's for special occasions. Cost a little bit but they are worth it. Easy to order always fresh and hot. Plus you can add balloons, or ice cream. read more

I picked up my order this morning. Did not get her name but she was incredibly sweet and working alone. She read my instructions and followed through. This is the reason I continue to shop here for gifts as they never disappoint. She had on a cap in a ponytail. Was in a rush so I wasn't able to get her name but she should know how great she was to me. read more

Ordered 3 dozen cookies for Thanksgiving- 6 different flavors. The cookies tasted much better and were enjoyed by everyone. I am knocking off a star because if they're going to charge $60 for 36 cookies, the presentation needs to be a lot better. The cookies were layered on top of one another in 2 separate boxes and the only thing that separated them was a piece of parchment paper. Everyone dug through the boxes to find the flavor they wanted because it wasn't laid out. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but for $60, they can invest in a box where the cookies are laid out in a way that doesn't require people to dig through layers of unlabeled cookies. I had a $20 cookie credit which was very nice, but this is not something I would pay $60 for or even $40 for again especially with the lack of presentation. 5 stars for taste and texture - but just not worth the cost in my opinion. The $5 cookie dough that you bake at home tastes just as great. I don't understand where the price point is coming from for flour and sugar. read more

I never knew of this cookie place until I worked in Dallas and everyday someone was eating them. I was so excited when the alliance location was coming because thats pretty close to me. When i placed an order online this past week, there was a hurst one!!! How did I not know!? So i ordered here instead ~ taste exactly the same: so delicious and rich. I haven't had these since pre-covid! I love the oatmeal, original chocolate chips! You must try cookies here if you are a cookie lover. The only complaint i have is the same for any other places, the boxes are so small, badly designed since the cookies are baked fresh they stick onto each other. Every time we have them for bday parties someone's finger will always be touching your cookies. Thank you for the beautiful bag. Im thankful the red velvet cookie is seasonal, cause it sucks. OMY, Tiff's Treats has to have a "magnet" installed that PULLS you in to enjoy all the decant deliciousness of their fabulous cookies. My wife and I had just enjoyed a wonderful dinner and was close by the Tiff's Treats location. She looked over at me and said "Cookies and milk when we get home?" How could I say no to that! I do sales so I regularly use Tiff's locations throughout the DFW area and the Hurst location is by far my favorite to go to. My orders are always ready on time when I get there to pick them up. The employees here are great, especially Alma who always greets me with a smile. Every now and then I'll order some for myself and they always taste amazing. Sometimes I'll order from here even when I know there's a Tiff's closer to the account I'm going to visit because I trust this location so much. read more

I live out of state and used their website before opening this morning to order a friend some cookies. The ordering process was super easy. After the cookies were delivered, I received an email with photo confirmation outside my friend's house. The cookies were packaged in a cute box with a bow and card. Super stoked for this Midcities location! It is located in a new shopping strip right off 183 and Precinct Line Rd behind the QT gas station. The cookies at Tiff's are always melt in your mouth soft with a little crisp on the edges. The fact that you can get them warmed is guaranteed to have you ripping off that beautiful ribbon off the box to enjoy them in the car. They also offer brownies, ice cream pints or by the scoop, and ice cream sandwiches with your choice of cookies. My favorite cookie here is hands down the peanut butter one. It has peanut butter chips in it and is sooo good. I usually walk in to pick up cookies and have not utilized their delivery service. The young lady that helped us was very friendly. I absolutely adore Tiff's Treat. They have the best cookies. The price is very comparable to most bakery that does regular fresh baked good. I love all of the different selection that have to offer. I had their cookies many times before when it was delivered to me and when I would go pick up a few to snack on. This trip, I just got their cute Valentine's cookie. It was pretty much a sugar cookie with heart sprinkles baked it. Again, wasn't disappointed what so ever. What an absolute let down!!!! Finally had enough time to stop and get my grandson cookies, we went in and we decided on cookies and ice cream sandwich's. No one was around?!?! I stood there and said; hello out loud several times and waited, no-one?!?! Walked to the smoothie shop, told them, they were young girls, said they are always busy, strange. But, they had a couple of cookies, so I bought grandson a cookie and me a smoothie. After writing my poor experience at Tiffs, Sebastian reached out to me and completely made up for their error 110% He let me choose a date for delivery and select 4 kinds of cookies. I had heard about this place from some coworkers and thought I'd try it out since no one else had the time or money to. I filled out the new member information and scrolled through to see what they offered. I decided to do the delivery service just to say I did. Just a foot note, they charge a 5.00 delivery fee and that's without tip, if you should choose to leave one. I ordered my food, they processed my ordered and within 45 minutes or so there was a knock at my door! I signed for my delivery and was eager to open my box of yummy warm cookies.... To my dismay my order was WRONG. I got 12 of the SAME flavor cookie! I had ordered 6 of 1 flavor and 6 of another, they were ALL THE SAME. Huge disappointment!! The cookies were still very hot, so they stuck to the paper that they placed in between and broke apart. Another disappointment. For the price and delivery they charge it just would be nice for once to get what you ordered. No thanks. read more
