Unlike other distributors, The pricing is not the lowest nor is it always 'wholesale.' You will be allocated and not given what you order no matter how much cash you have. Your allocation is based on your most recent spend so meaning you will have the ability to buy practically nothing when you first get an account. if you pay with a credit card they add 2%. They add a handling fee of 10 to every order. They charge an additional 10% if your delivery is to any residential addres. I have had three reps and only one of them had any interest in helping or advising on any inventory purchases. In short my experience if that unless you know someone there you will be treated like a number. If you are online breaker maybe you are treated differently. I would not recommend this distributor to anyone who is looking for sports cards or Pokémon. They make buying product very difficult and they blame the market for how they do business. It is a fact that they frequently charge retail on restocked items.

The fuel line was 5/8 on one end and half inch on the other. The first time i went in I was there for 30 minutes while they were trying to get in touch with Badboy as they did not have it in stock and was not familiar with it. I left and said call me once you have it. 2 days later they did and I paid for it and when it arrived a week later at my house it was nowhere close to the right fuel line. I brought it back, brought in the original fuel line for me to again sit for 30 minutes, had the guy take pictures at every angle and measure its length and said get back to me. 2 days later I had to call only for him to say he tried calling (my phone had no record of it) and that Badboy kept giving him the same part number as the one I brought back. Bottom line is that Badboy couldn't tell me the correct part and hwy 96 lawn and garden who was a servicing agent for them could not help either not to mention the slow service and response. I ended up rigging up my own fuel line

I needed a new rubber rib for throwing, fedeling knife for clean clay cuts and easy removal of thrown pieces from the wheel. Beyond these basics they have sponges, trimming tools, glazes, throwing guide books, measuring tools and a bevy of other ceramic goodies. One thing I didn't know, is that this location is all part of the Clay Lady campus. The supply shop (Mid-South) is located in the back of the campus near some of the studios and a area called, "The Shed". Which is a space where you can rent shelf-space and get in some free wheel throwing space. The Clay Lady Campus offers pottery classes, rental spaces and even a fully loaded gallery where you can purchase items. I will definitely back and get behind the wheel on my next go-round.

Time was 5:30pm, shop closed at 6:00pm, mounting the scope and bore sighting the rifle took less than 20 minutes, even with a "new employee" doing the task. I understand the frustration of a "last minute guest" before close. I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift myself and I obviously didn't want to take up anymore of their time or mine. I even called ahead at 12:15pm same day to make sure they were fine with me coming at 5:30pm. I was assured that they would be able to bore sight the rifle and it wouldn't be an issue.
