I was told the job would take 3-5 days, but it ended up taking THREE WEEKS with very little communication throughout the process. I had to message him a couple days before my wrap was supposed to be finished, to learn that he hadn't even gotten my vinyl delivered yet! he just had my car sitting outside his shop not touched for about 2 1/2 weeks... I called to ask about picking my car up because It was taking a lot longer than planned and I wasn't expecting the added expense of a longer car rental but he would not let me get my deposit back so I had to just wait for him.. When I finally got my car back, it was obvious that the work had been rushed despite the insane delay. The wrap had torn sections, parts that were overlapped, missing pieces that needed to be put back on my doors/trunk and areas where there was dirt under the wrap. After waiting so long and paying almost 3k I expected far better quality/care for my car. He also somehow broke my driver's side mirror (it doesn't adjust anymore) This entire experience was extremely disappointing, if I could do it over again I would not because it was not worth the stress or headache. I would recommend that this guy gets a booking system to keep his clients in order and to keep him from over booking and wasting people's time.

You have to read this. We went in to check out getting some work done on our first company…read morevehicle. So we were a little nervous on who to use. We took our art work in with us to try and get it exactly how we imagined the vehicle to look. Steve was awesome helping us get the placement right. Alec also stepped in and made suggestions on the finish product. Here is the kicker and main reason for the 5 star review. Once we agreed to go with a matte instead of gloss the process began. When we went to pick it up there was a mix up somewhere and gloss was installed on the vehicle. Instead of just tearing it off and starting over they did something unprecedented. Because the gloss looked good before the tore it off they printed out a matte finish logo and put it on the door so we could compare the 2. We chose the matte finish and with in minutes they had the original wrap off and was printing the new the one. In less than 24 hours they were 100% complete with the re-wrap of the vehicle. No questions asked. If you ever find better customer service than that. I suggest you hold on to it. I know we will take all of our future work to these guys no questions asked.
