Prices were great, very friendly both in person and over the phone. The customer service was truly top notch, you feel like you're talking to an old friend. The work itself was also very good, clean and professional. I tinted all windows and sunroof. the nano ceramic film they use has very high clarity. I had ceramic tint from another shop on my previous car, that one has weird rainbow effects especially when wearing polarized glasses and seemed more difficult to see through (even at the same tint level). The nano film has none of those drawbacks. I'm not sure the exact brand from either shop, but I'm a huge fan of what El Cajon window tint uses. For anyone else who owns a Tesla and is aware of the special care needed to tint the windshield using a soak rope and minimal liquid solution to minimize the electronics below the dash from water exposure/damage, rest assured. MOJI IS AMONG THE BEST THE TRADE AND KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING. On top of a normal job, my car is covered in dog fur because I'm a fur-daddy. Moji set expectations that the end result may not be a perfect job because of the potential of fur getting behind the windshield. He recommended I get my car detailed before he works on it. Despite his warning/recommendation, I decide to do it without detailing because my car is only going to get furry again any. Well guess what, MOJI'S AMAZING SKILLS RESULTED IN A PERFECT JOB. Moji is phenomenal with attention, he's quick, and is personable. I had an appt on Saturday morning and was done in about 90 mins. The process itself was fast but we had to let the film cure a bit and plus it was nice to see Moji doing his craft. You can tell he takes his time to please his customers and has utmost respect for his paying customers and their property. Initially he was going to use a computer program to cut the film for my windows but I asked if it could go below the liner a bit, and he did it the old school way by hand.
