The owner is AMAZING!! She couldn't in good conscience, just do my eyebrows and send me on my way. She offered to laser my horrible past eyebrows, FOR FREE, and do them perfectly, once we are able to!! This is going to cost a lot, and take up time, she could be making money with someone else. I got to the salon at 7:22am and the salon was locked. No problem, I waited around until 7:50am. They were still locked. The sign outside said "OPEN" and listed their open time for Saturdays as 7am-3pm. There was a number to call and text on the door, so I tried both. The phone went to message and no one responded to the texts. I got a call at ~9:30am after my many calls and texts saying that Maria had an emergency and couldn't make it, but they would be willing to give me a discount if I came back later the same day. I understand having emergencies and that you can't given an advanced warning for things like that. But a heads up at 7:30 at the time of my appointment or 8 is more reasonable. I know the loss of one client likely doesn't matter much to them, but I don't think I'll be coming back.

I am so happy I got it done! She did such an amazing job and I have gotten tons of compliments. She took her time to be very precise and made sure they looked PERFECT, and natural! Sometimes microblading can look a little too unnatural and harsh but nope, not with Melissa!! My mother in law loved it so much that she decided to get one as well. She is in love with her new natural looking brows since her brows are more thin and sparse. We both thought it was not that painful, more on the uncomfortable side but definitely worth getting it done! A very important part is Melissa has all the licensing that is required. Some microblading Specialist only have a certification but they do not have a Tattoo Establishment License (which is a big must!) and go through all the regulations. Melissa has ALL licensing and went though all the proper procedure to ensure she is a top notch professional and enforce a very safe environment for her clients!

Previous review: They just increased prices for the second time, making me rethink continuing on the service. They also canceled on me TWICE now. Reliability is everything, and they aren't reliable. I also can't stand the stinging eyes, pinched eye lids, and inconvenience of it all. Most people are turning to "Lashify", to do their own lashes.
