I had a threading appointment on August 13 at 7:30am. I know I had the appointment because I got confirmation and reminder emails and text messages prior to the day. I got to the salon at 7:22am and the salon was locked. No problem, I waited around until 7:50am. They were still locked. The sign outside said "OPEN" and listed their open time for Saturdays as 7am-3pm. There was a number to call and text on the door, so I tried both. The phone went to message and no one responded to the texts. I got a call at ~9:30am after my many calls and texts saying that Maria had an emergency and couldn't make it, but they would be willing to give me a discount if I came back later the same day. I understand having emergencies and that you can't given an advanced warning for things like that. But a heads up at 7:30 at the time of my appointment or 8 is more reasonable. I know the loss of one client likely doesn't matter much to them, but I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

Great atmosphere, very polite and professional. I had my eyebrows Microbladed and initially They looked perfect. Today is 2 weeks after and my brows now have some blank spots where there is no pigment. After doing some research I have found that a lot of businesses give you your follow up 6 week appointment included In the initial cost of the Microblading but it doesn't seem to be the case here. I am not happy that I have to pay to have them fixed / filled in where there is blank spots. read more

Maria did a great job microblading my eyebrows and tattooing my lips in the way I wanted them. The procedure was fairly painful, but Maria did her best to make it easy for me to endure. Her expertise and ability to customize pigment to achieve my desired results made me feel comfortable trusting her to tattoo my face. I had a horrible experience here one I'll never forget. My appointment was not scheduled correctly due to an error made by the receptionist Clarissa. I arrived at 6:57am for my appointment scheduled for 7am and the Salon wasn't even open. They were over 15 minutes late for my appointment and I was left out in the rain, my outfit was drenched. I had to ask for a blanket because I was so cold. I laid on the table in my bra and underwear until my clothes dried. The receptionist dried my air pod pros and jewelry instead of checking my pockets. The entire time I'm laying unclothed to get my eyebrows done. People are interrupting my stylist. One is literally talking to her about a party while I'm naked. There are no doors and next room over is a man. This place is unprofessional and I won't be back. Horrible!!! Worst experience I've ever had!! Called and got pricing for lower permanent eyeliner with 4 week touch up, the receptionist Josselyn was very nice. I went for my first appointment and Maria was looking out the window, checking her phone all while she had a tattoo pen by my eyes, she ended up causing an abrasion on my cornea and I had to go to urgent care to get prescription eye drops because I couldn't even open my right eye. Then went for my 4 week touch up appointment and Maria had me wait so long for her that the numbing cream wore off, so I felt all of the needling of the tattooing, then she tried to charge me more money for the touch up, even though I paid the full amount on my first visit. If she is the owner, she should take more pride in her business and procedures. read more

This is perfect example of you get what you pay for. I purchased a groupon for an eyelash perm. Eyelashes that softly curl without an eyelash curler for 2 months? Sign me up! The whole experience was awful. When I arrived my intuition was to leave because the girl was not explaining anything and it didn't feel very professional. She put me in a room, put some perm solution on my eyelashes. It burned like hell! I told her that it's burning about a 7 out of 10. She says that's completely normal. I also didn't have to take my contacts out. Wth! She put a timer on and left. I sat in there in the dark forever. She puts the music on loud and I hear the timer go off. I sit there for a while, finally I'm yelling her name. She comes back about 8 min after the timer went off and said she didn't hear it go off. My lashes look absolutely ridiculous. They are a crimped L shape. Unnatural. My eyelids are red and swollen. I look crazy. If a price is too good to be true then it probably is! I contacted the owner Maria and her accuse fir this while terrible experience is put oil on my eyes. Do your research!! Don't just look at the discount your getting. It's not worth it. ***** 2 weeks later and my eyelashes are still crimped and absolutely terrible. I would advice anyone going to this place to do your research! read more

I had no eyebrows and have been doing my own with pencils and makeups for years. I desperately wanted a natural brow look so this was so much more than just an "enhancement" for me personally. I went to Maria at Levics Salon. I was really nervous, the receptionist was super sweet and reassuring. Maria was 100% business and she is great! She listened to what I wanted and used her expertise to give me what I asked for. My eyebrows look natural and I am more than happy! I had to go to the bank after my appt and got two comments not even an hour out the door that they were perfect and looked great... have only gotten great comments from everyone. Definitely recommend her for anyone looking for eye brows or other permanent makeup! I will definately be going back to her. read more

Terrible customer service, except for the receptionist. The staff embellished and lied about commentary. Accusing customer of using foul language and hanging up on them when I'm fact the phone died. Super super unprofessional. Do not buy the Groupon, they are unwilling to work with people appropriately as other organizations do and if they can not communicate or tell the truth then I have a lack of faith there services are competent enough. Never even made it in the salon and already had a terrible experience with them. So bad that I intend to write another review on another site!!! Stay away!!! Super disrespectful. read more

This has been my most frustrating experience in a long time. I purchased a Groupon for microblading my eyebrows. I called and set up an appointment for the next Sunday. The woman on the phone told me I needed to come in and put down a $30 deposit to ensure that I show up. That Friday, I went to the salon and paid for my $30 deposit. When I tried to confirm my deposit for that Sunday, the receptionist stated that they did not have an appointment for me that Sunday. OK, one mistake, no big deal. I then made an appointment for the following Sunday at 3:00. I received a text a couple of hours later confirming my appointment. Today, I received a text that my appointment was at 2:30. OK, I could deal with that. Then, I get a phone call that I did not put down my thirty dollar deposit, and there was no way my appointment could be on a Sunday because they are not open! I checked my bank statement and the deposit was listed. I called back and told the receptionist this, and she said I needed to come into the salon and show my bank statement and to confirm my appointment at 3:00 this Sunday. At this point, I was fed up and told them to cancel my appointment and I would come to the salon to show my bank statement to get my $30 deposit. Luckily, Groupon refunded the amount I paid. As an aside, when I went to put my deposit down, the salon had junk everywhere and was very dusty and cluttered with supplies on the floor. Maybe I dodged a bullet! I am giving this place a poor rating due to the lack of customer service and the frustrating experience I had with the receptionist on multiple occasions. I had to speak with her too many times than I would like and almost every time, I became very frustrated. First, I booked online, it did not ask me for a deposit and she called me to cancel because I should've made the payment when booking, which it never prompted me to? She was accusatory and made me feel like I was lying. Then on several occasions when I had to book I laid out specific times that I could be available and she clearly wasn't listening and just gave me random days times, outside of when I kept telling her. Then I had to cancel last minute, and she called to tell me I had to forfeit the fee. She had no idea what time I called, so she literally had to check the voicemail to check the time and call me back. She was just horrible. If it wasn't for her, I might have gone back. read more
