The staff is super kind and accommodating. Our garden club took a private class and enjoyed an evening of fun, learning how to make our own floral arrangements under the guidance of one of their lovely florists. During the class we each received delightful chocolates that were locally made to enjoy as we designed our creations. They had a great selection of stems to choose from for making your own arrangement, but they also make a variety of beautiful arrangements to order. I chose Tiger Lily for my bridal bouquet because, as a long time resident, I'm aware of their reputation as being the best florist in town. As a bride, oddly enough, I didn't really care about the flowers at my wedding. Or at least, I didn't think I did, until I was handed my absolutely stunning bouquet on Saturday. I had loosely described over the phone what the color scheme was and what the rest of the flowers were going to be and tiger lily took it from there. They exceeded my expectations and left me feeling so grateful that a friend had talked me into getting a special bridal bouquet. In the photos that I have seen thus far, the bouquet really adds an element of grace I didn't know was possible. Although I had painstakingly spelled out my wife's name to the obviously distracted associate "Sheree" became "Shree". REALLY?! Moment ruined. I am so very thankful we had Gayla and Tiger Lily as our florist! She sat down with us multiple times over our 15 month planning process and as our vision evolved, she helped us select gorgeous floral combinations to accent our vision. Gayla took extensive notes during our meetings, showed us examples of everything, and sent promptly sent us an annotated spreadsheet with cost breakdowns, even as we made slight changes at each meeting. It made keeping track of everything so much easier! I absolutely love wedding florals, and it is one of the details I feel is centrally important to setting the mood of the day. When I saw our florals on the day of, I was completely blown away - everything exceeded my expectations!!! Gorgeous arrangement for Valentine's Day. My fiancé works in Alaska and used the online ordering. These exceeded his expectations. The hydrangeas only lasted 2 days but the roses lasted a week. The smell of the flowers filled my house. My only complaint was the vase valet was wet from where it was tipped over by the delivery driver and 10 roses arrived instead of 12 roses. My wife and I reside in Palm Desert CA. She was in Charleston SC for a long-term project and was going to be there for Valentine's Day. A few days before Valentine's Day, I searched web reviews for a reputable florist in Charleston. After visiting Tiger Lily's website , I decided to order flowers to be delivered Valentine's Day to the hotel where she was staying and picked a couple of potential arrays from the website. When I called , the Tiger Lily associates were very helpful in picking the perfect array. I gave them my wife's name and what I thought was the correct name and address of my wife's hotel. When I awoke early Valentine's morning, I realized I had told Tiger Lily to deliver the flowers to the Belmond Hotel, rather than the Belmont Hotel, where my wife was staying. Because I'm on Pacific time, I immediately called Tiger Lily, which is on Eastern time, and told an associate of my mistake. She was understanding and talked to the owner, who got on the phone and said, "I've already got it covered." He had realized I had named the wrong hotel and had checked with the Belmont to confirm my wife was at staying there and had changed the delivery to the Belmont. I thanked him and his staff. That evening, my wife sent me an email with a picture of the beautiful Tiger Lily display that had been delivered to her room. She was surprised and delighted!
