I contacted the owner Geri and she was kind and listen to our concerns. She immediately placed a second order of flowers to be delivered the next day. The new flower arrangement was a hit with my mom. She loved them. I will be using this flower shop in the future because of the awesome customer service. There were no single bruises, and it still looked like new even after a week. They even added balloons free of charge! Customer service was great too. The delivery lady called to tell me how my mom reacted and even texted me the picture of the flowers. --- The entire experience was so personable, definitely made me feel like a valued costumer. One thing I want to point out is that they operate from 9 AM to 5 PM, and there's no way for us to place flower delivery online unless it's by phone. It was difficult for us to reach them since we too have to work from 9 AM to 5 PM. But I'm not going to take away a star for something so minor.
