I was able to walk to see what would be my unit and made a decision to rent with them that same day. They are in a great location and easy access from Hwy 76. I really like the fact that they have carts available to help you move your things. One of the rolling carts is in bad shape and might need replacing, but the others are in good shape. The staff that works in the shop seems confused when confronted with questions about the mini-storage facility. There is little-to-no security. I've come to my unit some days to see other rented units' doors wide open, with the entrance gate wide open as well. There are no lights after sundown. Many units have hornets nests and spiders. These things should have been a red flag - it came as little surprise to me when I visited my unit once to find everything gone. The staff had a suspicious air of "well, shucks. isn't that weird" when I told them about the apparent theft. Luckily nothing was particularly valuable - just useful furniture to have.
