If you make an appointment, there is no guarantee Jeremy will be at the office at appointment time. Jeremy didn't try to up-sell, which is good, but he also didn't really mention available options. You really need to research first and have an idea of what you want. Shed arrived exactly as ordered, beautiful, expertly delivered 4 weeks after it was ordered. The biggest problem: if you are in need of a county permit for your shed, you better make sure you get the list of construction materials at the time you order the shed, because communication after the sell with Jeremy is non-existent. Jeremy does not follow-up with the customer after the sale in any way.

Not only did they do an excellent job in repairing my gutters, they went out of their way to secure my front storm door after noticing the top hinge was loose ... and at no charge!! It was quite obvious that both of these gentlemen take the utmost pride in their work. I'm sure securing that storm door took a bit longer than they anticipated. All I can say is, if you want quality work at a reasonable price, you can't beat Mr. Handyman.
