Talked to my sister and she found a beautiful one on Lowes's website. So I made 2 trips, 2 days in a row. Jim ordered me the sink I wanted and UPS will deliver it to my condo and I can track the delivery. Everthing was reasonable and quality. He has such a wonderful demeaner. I also met Jazzalyn (Jazz) a wonderful young lady at returns. So polite and helpful. I asked her who could I talk to about what I need to replace the stuff in my condo. Very polite and helpful. Went out to the nursery and talked with Diana. Because of all the trees, my deck doesn't get much light and I wanted flowering plants that didn't need a lot of sun. She was so helpful! The 10% discount was the selling factor. I bought the blower but didn't pay attention to the discount at check out. I returned later to point out the error, but was told that it was not included on sale items. The blower was not on sale as verified by the manager. The register had a false sale attached to the item. when the "sale" was removed from the register and the retail price was wrung up, it would allow the 10% discount. However, I was then told that Echo products were not included or qualified for the 10% discount. I couldn't return the item because of the stores policy of no returns or refunds for gas powered equipment. I specifically requested the 10% discount at check out and showed my military ID. Nothing was ever said that Echo products didn't qualify for the discount. I guess I learned my lesson and won't shop at this store in the future.
