After seeing so many bad reviews about this place I decided to give it a try during the weekend and I happened to arrived the weekend before Saint Patrick's day so it was a lot of people during the evening. After being pat down by security I was able to find a seat by Bar that is in the center with the stage behind the bar. The dancers were busy with customers but I was able to grab a few drinks and sit back relaxing. This club was not as bad as I was expecting considering it was busy when I showed up not sure how it's like on a regular day but I would have to come back to check it out again. read more

Honey, the waitress , it's ridiculously ditzy and makes my experience grueling every time I'm in there. This business is dysfunctional and chaotic with extremely bad management. Only a select few make me feel welcome anytime I'm in there and the rest just seem to not care that although it's a club, they're there to work not have fun. I came in for work outside the city and decided to go there sight unseen. Even I arrived I was greeted by the bouncer abs the owner. They both were very friendly and even had drinks with me! Just kind of sad. They pat the guys down kind of, they never heard of an ankle holster. The girls are fully clothed NOT TOPLESS. Charged my girl and I $3 each. The problem with that is $3 doesn't indicate quality; charge $10 it makes people want to stay. The girls are scared and confused; my ex stripper girlfriend initiated conversation and we still were never offered a drink. After 15 minutes neither of us got a drink and the girl she talked to ran away. Am I seriously the first person to put a review out for this place? Bizarre. Came here as part of a bachelorette party excursion. As Rockford area natives, we had an illicit curiosity for the place where some of our former school mates were rumored to have worked at one point. But that was years ago. Turns out that, as far as bars with exotic dancers go, this one is somewhat adorable. Their tiger theme is on point without being too much. They have some really talented dancers. Drinks were good, bartender was skilled, clients seemed like average folks. A lot less weird and creepy than most people probably think. Is that an endorsement? I suppose so. I've been to strip joints that I'd never set foot in again, but this was not one of them. We had a pleasant time and nobody was pushy or gross. Cover for us ladies was $3 each. Not sure what men are charged, if it's the same or more. Drinks were reasonably priced. The music selection was eclectic and entertaining, pretty good vibe overall. I live near Tiger Tail Lounge and drive past the bright, flashing signs every day. Out of personal curiosity and a spontaneous penchant to check out the deeper workings of Rockford, I and a bunch of friends visited Tiger Tail. I was thoroughly impressed. I've never gone to a strip club, so my standards were based off what I have seen in the movies. The bar is small and cozy, with the opportunity to chat with those around you or comfortably sit alone. Everyone was friendly and nice, especially the bouncer who was respectful and considerate for everyone's personal experience. The entire lounge is well lit, blasting a decent volume of music, and laid mirrors so you always would see the one stripper perform. That leads me to my next and most important point. The lounge has a line of strippers that perform in a cycle and each have a unique style. I enjoyed the diversity of dancers and music, how each one had a special way of performing. Being a girl, I wanted to cheer them on and we ended up throwing some bills which the strippers kindly took (They would do a happy dance). That being said, the others around us were generally creepy old men that got off on creeping. I guess that kinda leads to why I dropped a star. The company us young folks had was not the greatest and sorta uncomfortable to be around, which isn't the lounge's fault but rather the area. Also, the drinks were insanely expensive (A Budlight was $7!). Overall, still a great experience and I recommend it to anyone considering checking a mild, temperate strip club out. i almost never go to this place but i did last week.. it sucks!! no girls, drinks too expensive,and dirty.. so visited and order a drink and give the bartender $20, it took her a long time to give the change back..so i am watching her this whole time (asking myself- what is she doing).She finally walked back with my change and it was for $ 10.. i questioned her why for $10 when i gave her $20..I asked if they can review the cameras (of course they said was a $10).
