But I stopped in a few weeks ago and turned out, they discontinued the curbside service, so I'll have to go elsewhere. With that said, the people working there are so friendly and helpful. Roc's was once the place to go in Milledgeville for your liquor; but then again it was the place to…read morego for younger people such as college students. Even before I turned 21 I was able to go into Roc's and pick up some beer or a bottle of booze; not that I had an ID, but for the fact that times were different back then and if you could get someone to vouch that you were of age then you were of age. Anyway we'd hit up Roc's once a week for some booze and enjoy a few cocktails before heading downtown where the action was at. But times have changed since my younger days. Roc no longer owns Roc's, the prices aren't that great, selection is ok, and quite frankly my palate for alcohol has improved.

So, I figured, If they don't have it, no harm, no foul. But, while walking through their decent selection of wines, and as I turned the 2nd corner, lo and behold, there they were! Yay! Dumbest business model ever. I pull up and the owner is outside. He immediately says "drive thru…read moreonly", runs inside and locks the door. I get out and go to look in the window at the selection and he yells again "sir, drive thru only". I said "I cannot see what you have available through the drive thru." Took my business where owners appreciate customers. Rude and Terrible!
