I really didn't make a big deal out of it and replaced them myself. On several occasions, they did not come out to do my service as programmed and stated there was an error with their system. Again, I let those things go and gave them the benefit of the doubt. The last time they were on my property they were trimming the back area behind my pool with a weed whacker. They have a teenager working with them and my PVC fence was damaged, it looks like they hit it with the Weed whacker and broke several panels. I reported this to them and tried to resolve things amicably with them. I tried to resolve things amicably with them and let them know that this had happened. The person responding to their messages was adamant that it was not them, even though I provided video of the young kid with the weed whacker in the area where the incident occurred. No one has been back there since the service and I double checked my ring cam footage confirming this. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but the fact that they are washing their hands of this and are not willing to work with me has me very frustrated.

It was a fair price, and it was so lovely to come home to a pretty yard after a long day at work. I know it's inconvenient to come out once to do a yard and not be a monthly service, but my husband for whatever reason is just fully against having a lawn service. So usually he manages it, but in this situation he was told he needed to travel for two weeks for work and only got a 48 hour notice, so he didn't get a chance to do his regular yard work. I'm allergic to the entire florida outdoors, so if I was to do the yard, people would think I'd have covid the next three days. They've never been on top of keeping them trimmed and if I ever mentioned it was met with excuses or double talk. Attatched below is the original agreement to how my bushes should look and how they are today after "firing me" for being frustrated with bad service. Me being a brand new home owner, I had no idea what was going on. All I saw was a flood of water surrounding the perimeter of my house including my lawn, driveway, sideways, etc. We talked over the phone, and they walked us through closing the main irrigation switch. It wasn't easy especially with all the water. They came first thing in the morning to assess the problem. They explained everything to us, fixed it, as well as did a few things such as updating our scheduled times on our irrigation system, and closing up some sprinklers that we didn't need. They are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! We greatly appreciate their help!
