2 stars right now only cause we haven't gotten our bike back yet. Came in to the shop and Ordered a…read moreback tire May 9th. Was told it would be there either the following Tuesday or Wednesday. So we made an appt for May 16th to go get the oil changed and the tire put on. We dropped the bike off the evening of May 15th and at drop off was told the tire should be there the May 16th or the following day Friday. Made a call Friday to see if it was in, they said no it would be in Monday or tuesday. Called again this past Monday the 20th and the tire still hadn't come but looked it up and said it would be here today Thursday and if I got there early enough we would have the bike back. Well here we are and the tire came, but it's the front tire!!! They ordered the wrong tire I'm thinking they didn't even order the original one now. So now we're going ahead and getting the front put on cause we were going to in a few weeks anyways but then we had to go ahead and get the other tire now since they ordered the wrong tire. And now we don't have a bike for a holiday weekend and it'll be delayed because of the holiday. EDIT TO ADD Now the tire is there. Has been there for 2 days and of course the only mechanic they have hasn't been in on the the only 3 days he works. This place is a frickin joke. Idk how you can run a business basically holding peoples stuff hostage. 2 weeks. They have had our bike for. And it's been 20 days since we even ordered the intial tire. What the hell are you going to do to make this right Joe?!?! What a frickin joke. ETA. Now we found someone to come get the bike and tires but it's completely torn apart and they won't let someone come get it so we can have our bike back after 2 weeks.

There is a ton of great inventory on hand here. Both foreign/metric as well as domestic manufacturers/brands, and a variety of sizes and vintages. Of note, there is a great selection of Royal Enfield bikes. Ive been talking with Matt Williams over the phone and via email about my plans for a potential purchase & looking toward Spring, and he has been friendly & helpful. On the day I stopped by in person, a mechanic was on site and I had a good conversation with him as well. If you're looking for a new to you bike, perhaps looking to return to riding, or continuing your motorcycle journey, this definitely is a vendor worth checking out. The operating hours as they stand as of January 2022 are posted.

Hello, I purchased a…read moreused motorcycle here that was sold "as is," but advertised as "well maintained." I was told the bikes typically go through a 16-point inspection. Test rides were not allowed, which should have been a clear warning sign. As part of the deal, I negotiated for new tires to be installed. However, they were not properly balanced (front weights missing), which raised concerns right away. Shortly after purchase, I found numerous additional issues that contradict the idea of a meaningful inspection: - Brake fluid in severely degraded condition and front brake cylinder beginning to cease. - Loose and missing fasteners (foot pegs, fairing) - Valve clearances significantly too tight and partially dragging - Contaminated drive shaft oil and fork oil - Fork misalignment causing the bike to pull - Carburetor pilot circuits clogged, leading to unstable idle and surging To be fair, Matt offered to rebalance the wheels if I brought them in off the bike. However, given the overall condition, I lost confidence and had the work done elsewhere where they had to add a significant amount of balancing weight. I understand "as is" means the buyer takes on risk. However, describing a bike in this condition as "well maintained" and referencing a 16-point inspection is, in my opinion, misleading. Advice: Do not purchase a bike here without a test ride and a thorough independent inspection.

Why not just buy new rings instead of buying a brand new piston and then also they never called me about that never asked me if it was OK and then they proceed to tell me that they can't get my bike to start and that they've tried everything and couldn't get it to kick over well I told them I was coming to get it. They put it all back together. I got it home and kicked it right over so either the mechanic don't have enough leg strength to kick a bike and don't need to work on bikes that have kick starts or they just wanted to keep it there and get more money. I'll also put pictures of what was damaged after getting the bike back and I paid over $1200 bike that they couldn't get running after they worked on it

I contacted Teresa Comer (owner of Rehmert's Kawasaki Ktm in Versailles, Ohio) on Thursday May 7th and we discussed a price on a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 600 that she had listed on Facebook marketplace. Ms. Comer had the motorcycle listed for $4,999, I offered $4,200 because I had to drive over 2 hours to get it and Comer told me she could sell it for $4,500. I told Comer on Friday I would take the bike for $4,500 and that I would be up tomorrow. On Saturday at 9:31 AM I messaged Comer and told her I was leaving now and that I would be up there around 12 noon, she responded with a "thumbs up" on Facebook messenger. After driving for 2.5 hours I stopped to get something to drink and saw that my GPS said I was 22 minutes away, so at 12:01 pm I messaged Comer and told her I was 20 minutes away. Once I hit send I noticed the Facebook posting for the motorcycle had changed to SOLD, I was thinking it was because I was on my way up to buy the motorcycle. At 12:25 when I was turning on the road of the dealership, Comer messaged me back and said that it was already sold, I was livid. I pulled into the dealership and confronted her, and she went on to tell me that her sister had sold the bike almost an hour ago. I asked her why she didn't notify me of someone else looking at it, so that I could have either gave her a deposit to show I was serious, or I could have at least turned around and not wasted another 2 hours of driving. Comer said, "We have been busy, how am I supposed to check my phone all day? How was I supposed to know you were driving 3 hours? Do you call a grocery store and expect them to hold food for you when you are on your way? This buyer had cash so we took it, don't know what else to tell you." I responded, "You didn't have to check your phone all day because I didn't message you after you gave me the thumbs up when I said I was on my way and started driving. I told you in the messages I was over 2 hours away when we were negotiating price. And no, I wouldn't drive 3 hours to a grocery store for food, if I did then yes they would have held it because there is a thing called click-list to order online." This is horrible business practice by a Kawasaki dealership!! I understand they want to sell the motorcycle, but I had said I was on the way from a 3 hour drive, they could have at least notified me and we could have worked a hold payment or I could have turned around and not wasted 2 extra hours of driving if they wanted to sell it to the other buyers. I would never recommend this business to anyone that has to drive more than 30 min away or you risk having it sold while you are on your way there. This place is a JOKE!
