Was told it would be there either the following Tuesday or Wednesday. So we made an appt for May 16th to go get the oil changed and the tire put on. We dropped the bike off the evening of May 15th and at drop off was told the tire should be there the May 16th or the following day Friday. Made a call Friday to see if it was in, they said no it would be in Monday or tuesday. Called again this past Monday the 20th and the tire still hadn't come but looked it up and said it would be here today Thursday and if I got there early enough we would have the bike back. Well here we are and the tire came, but it's the front tire!!! They ordered the wrong tire I'm thinking they didn't even order the original one now. So now we're going ahead and getting the front put on cause we were going to in a few weeks anyways but then we had to go ahead and get the other tire now since they ordered the wrong tire. And now we don't have a bike for a holiday weekend and it'll be delayed because of the holiday. EDIT TO ADD Now the tire is there. Has been there for 2 days and of course the only mechanic they have hasn't been in on the the only 3 days he works. This place is a frickin joke. Idk how you can run a business basically holding peoples stuff hostage. 2 weeks. They have had our bike for. And it's been 20 days since we even ordered the intial tire. What the hell are you going to do to make this right Joe?!?! What a frickin joke. ETA. Now we found someone to come get the bike and tires but it's completely torn apart and they won't let someone come get it so we can have our bike back after 2 weeks.

Why not just buy new rings instead of buying a brand new piston and then also they never called me about that never asked me if it was OK and then they proceed to tell me that they can't get my bike to start and that they've tried everything and couldn't get it to kick over well I told them I was coming to get it. They put it all back together. I got it home and kicked it right over so either the mechanic don't have enough leg strength to kick a bike and don't need to work on bikes that have kick starts or they just wanted to keep it there and get more money. I'll also put pictures of what was damaged after getting the bike back and I paid over $1200 bike that they couldn't get running after they worked on it

I contacted Teresa Comer (owner of Rehmert's Kawasaki Ktm in Versailles, Ohio) on Thursday May 7th and we discussed a price on a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 600 that she had listed on Facebook marketplace. Ms. Comer had the motorcycle listed for $4,999, I offered $4,200 because I had to drive over 2 hours to get it and Comer told me she could sell it for $4,500. I told Comer on Friday I would take the bike for $4,500 and that I would be up tomorrow. On Saturday at 9:31 AM I messaged Comer and told her I was leaving now and that I would be up there around 12 noon, she responded with a "thumbs up" on Facebook messenger. After driving for 2.5 hours I stopped to get something to drink and saw that my GPS said I was 22 minutes away, so at 12:01 pm I messaged Comer and told her I was 20 minutes away. Once I hit send I noticed the Facebook posting for the motorcycle had changed to SOLD, I was thinking it was because I was on my way up to buy the motorcycle. At 12:25 when I was turning on the road of the dealership, Comer messaged me back and said that it was already sold, I was livid. I pulled into the dealership and confronted her, and she went on to tell me that her sister had sold the bike almost an hour ago. I asked her why she didn't notify me of someone else looking at it, so that I could have either gave her a deposit to show I was serious, or I could have at least turned around and not wasted another 2 hours of driving. Comer said, "We have been busy, how am I supposed to check my phone all day? How was I supposed to know you were driving 3 hours? Do you call a grocery store and expect them to hold food for you when you are on your way? This buyer had cash so we took it, don't know what else to tell you." I responded, "You didn't have to check your phone all day because I didn't message you after you gave me the thumbs up when I said I was on my way and started driving. I told you in the messages I was over 2 hours away when we were negotiating price. And no, I wouldn't drive 3 hours to a grocery store for food, if I did then yes they would have held it because there is a thing called click-list to order online." This is horrible business practice by a Kawasaki dealership!! I understand they want to sell the motorcycle, but I had said I was on the way from a 3 hour drive, they could have at least notified me and we could have worked a hold payment or I could have turned around and not wasted 2 extra hours of driving if they wanted to sell it to the other buyers. I would never recommend this business to anyone that has to drive more than 30 min away or you risk having it sold while you are on your way there. This place is a JOKE!

I've gotten a Bluetooth setup on my helmet, a JM amp setup and I just had to come back to get my GTS stereo flashed and the software on my amp upgraded. I don't even know where to begin…read more. I was looking to upgrade my stereo system and speakers on my 2015 FLHTK. I had been looking online for comparisons for the best system. All the videos and comments that I had seen, there were two winners. The Harley Bombox II system or the J&M Rocker system. Well since I have a J&M headset in my helmet, I knew the quality of the brand, so I started looking online. I looked at the 400 watt 4 speaker system first because of the price. Then seen a tab for local dealers, which connected me to Sierra Electronics. I looked at the price and seen that for the price I would pay for a 400 watt system on the J&M website I could purchase the 700 watt system from Sierra Electronics. I called them on Friday the the 24th of August and talked to someone who said that they had installed one on a bike just like mine and if I wanted to take a ride, I could listen to it to see if I liked it. It was a beautiful day so I took a ride. I got there and was greeted by the kindest people that I had ever met. They fired up the bike and I heard the system. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I knew I had found my system. I was going to purchase the system and take it back with me, so I was making room in my bike for the boxes, when the owner said that they could flash the system for me before I left. I didn't know you could do that before the system was put in, so I said yes. Then the Tech person said that he could put it in for me and have it done in about an hour and a half. I DID NOT EXPECT THIS!!. I was sure that I would have to put it in myself when I got home. I asked if he was serious and he said that he was. So I had it done. The owner then asked if I was hungry because it was lunch time and I said that I was going to get a bite on the way back to Powell when he said that he would take me to a restaurant in town and drop me off so that I could eat and give him a call and he would come back and get me. And he was true to his word. I got back to the shop and about another 20 minutes later the bike was done and I was on my way. And with the price of the product and the install and flash of the system still kept me under the price of the original 700 watt system if I would have ordered it online. So I would HIGHLY recommend this company and its personnel for any work that you may need done. This was a company that was getting ready to leave for a show in Knoxville and was packing up and still took the time to get a bike done for someone that just dropped in to hear the sound of the system. Not only did that but took me to a restaurant for lunch and then pick me up as I waited. Who does that! THEY DO! This is the kind of people that work for this company. I can never thank them enough for all their generosity and help in my quest. They made me feel right at home. I will surly use this company for my purchase of sound equipment. Sierra Electronics is a class act. You won't find a company anywhere around Columbus that would treat you this way. My hats off to this company... Oh and if you stop in make sure you see Reggie the guard hound! LOL.
