Amazing service and drinks. Love it plus living here makes it so convenient. The lady there is very knowledgeable about the drinks.

The drinks were awesome, the food was good, and the vibe was perfectly tiki, in dare I say a sort of classy way (is that possible?). The Nui Nui, and the old fashioned rum cocktail are must try drinks! We were celebrating birthdays so we had our own cocktails and a shared drink, every drink was tasty, a couple were downright impressive, and our server was friendly, super knowledgeable about the drinks, and the right balance of attentive but not hovering. If you live in Nola and don't often venture into the quarter, this place is worth the Uber, we will definitely be back to try more of the drink menu!!

From the street it looks pretty regular then you walk in and its all tiki. Big map on the wall with little heads for Hawaii, Fiji, Tahiti, Easter Island and New Orleans. Glass balls hanging from the ceiling, bamboo, lanterns. Environment is good. Kind of dark and busy in a nice way. Servers were friendly. Drinks were good. They put them in those tall ridged mugs with a banana leaf and a big ice ball. My wifes had the little umbrella. Presentation was nice. Mine was creamy, sort of banana coconut. Not cheap but they didnt taste watered down. Place seemed clean. Even the bathroom smelt pretty good considering its a bar. We poked around that little case with the books and the Wiki Wiki mix and the skull in a barrel. Didnt eat much since we were just out for a few hours before the ship. Would go back if we had another night.

I said that it's unique because it is on the small side and whenever you go in there, it feels like you're walking into one of your relatives kitchen. People are just hanging out- talking, laughing and drinking! You need to go and see for yourself and by the way, the daiquiri's are awesome- Oh, I am talking about in the middle of the weekday or nights!Go, have fun and mingle I gave it a (4) only because I'm a female and believe me, those girls favor their male customers, but I love them anyway!

And that may sound pejorative - and it's not meant to be. They're a place to meet some colleagues after work. They're a place to hang out and enjoy a few cocktails and some good conversation. There is a nice little vibe going on here. Good tunes, friendly staff, smiling people. You should check it out.... And a shoutout to Mae who is awesome.

I am a big fan of the schooner salad, which I get without ham. They have baked potatoes as big as your head that are always cooked to fluffy perfection. It is small, so you may have to wait a few minutes, but it is definitely worth it. They have tables inside and outside. There's also bar seating available. The cocktails are delicious and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the customer service was a completely different experience. When I walked in and said I was there to pick up an order, the man and woman behind the bar looked at me strangely, whispered to each other, and then asked for my name. After confirming it, the gentleman only told me the total. No greeting, no smile, and I wasn't asked if I wanted to order a drink or anything else. When the woman handed me my food, I asked if I could have some ketchup. She responded with an attitude, saying, "There's some in the bag." I thanked her and left. When I got back to my work van, I opened the bag and found there was only one packet of ketchup. The food was excellent, but the service left me feeling very unwelcome. Based on how I was treated, I couldn't help but feel like I was being judged differently because of my ethnicity. I can't say for certain that was the reason, but that's honestly how the interaction made me feel. I hope management takes customer service seriously because everyone deserves to feel welcomed and treated with respect.
