To start: there's a parking lot and the place is easily marked. When I got in, Bella greeted me and took my info since I wasn't in their system. I didn't see it on the website, but the deal for a new customer getting a spray tan is 50% off so I only paid $20 (cash because credit card would incur a fee). Because I didn't want to get too dark, I opted for their lightest option. She explained it would spray on clear and I should rinse off between 1 and 3 hours so I don't risk it turning orange. From there, she walked me back to the VersaSpa room and showed me exactly what to do. I've gotten spray tans years ago so I'm a little familiar with process but having her show me everything and even demonstrate how to stand put my mind at ease. There's also signs in the room to explain the process and the machine talks to you and tells you exactly where to stand and what it's going to do (spray or dry). The entire process was super quick and seamless and I will definitely be returning for my next tanning need! Side note: the website does a great job as well explaining how it works and tips and tricks for developing the best tan.

Jackie informed me that anything they do would fade considerably by the time my event came around. She said she would ask her boss for a recommendation in California and call me back. Within five minutes, she called me back with the name of a salon in California. They went above and beyond without knowing me. They were honest with me as to what the results would look like if I did it a week ahead of time, even if it meant losing the business. When I do decide to use a tanning salon in New York, this will be the only place I will be calling. This is old school customer service at its best!

They are also so helpful in deciding packages and often have deals and specials that are awesome!! You can greet monthly packages, sessions, and even upgrades. You can't beat it. And I of course love their beds! Even their lower level beds give you the best color. Loveeeee it here!
