Would give this place a zero if I could. They kept charging me for a single walk in tan when I had a monthly membership (which by the way is really expensive). So after they took my money they can't even refund it at the check in desk, you have to submit a form on the website? Come to find out they only give a credit to the account even though it is THEIR mistake. You have to submit a form for everything and no one ever contacts you with updates so basically you never know what's going on and the staff doesn't either clearly. The one front desk girl was super rude and forced me to buy tanning goggles even though they have the stickies to use when you forget yours. Cancelling my membership after my money was literally stolen and basically flushed down the drain. Terribly run business recommend avoiding at all costs. read more

This place is so cute and the staff is so sweet. I got a spray tan on Wednesday and on Friday I started losing my color. I think they just need to maybe get a better pre-spray or something. The color is beautiful just wished it lasted longer. read more

This place has really gone down hill.They tried to "revamp " it into a spa etc but the atmosphere is far from relaxing. They used to have an awesome staff but it seems all have left. Now the people who work there have no clue what going on and too busy on their phones to help customers. Needless to say the bed I used was dirty, literally butt print on my bed when I told the girl she seemed annoyed and half ass cleaned it! Don't bother tanning here . It's gross. read more

Updated review- went to use some of my sessions that I bought a few months back, well the front desk told me they expired! I get it if it's been a year or more that maybe they would expire, like some other tanning salons do. But it was 6 months! I was really pissed because it was about 2 weeks after the 6 month mark. Stay away. Staff is rude, tile floors are so filthy that i actually took a photo of the floor behind the door of the spray tan room. It had at least an inch of ooze and gook and dirt. When i informed the overly tan male manager he rolled his eyes at me. Music playing way too loud. Staff who is more interested in talking amongst themselves and or playing on their computers then cleaning or walking around to make sure that everybody is ok. No toilet paoer in the bathroom. Purchased Living social voucher, told the girl when booking the appointment about the voucher when she ask me for a credit card over the phone (which I personally don't like disclosing) & had to spell my last name to her making sure that it was the correct account & asked her if it made a difference that I had a LS voucher. She didn't mention that the voucher was for new clients only, proceeded to call me back to schedule the appointment to make sure she had someone available. Went in got the 90min massage, then when checking out they told me they couldn't take the voucher and that the girl had told me and that I was arguing with her over it over the phone before booking the appointment. So basically your employees are lying and definitely have no integrity. I still paid with my credit card and will definitely will not go back to that wall location and I'm really upset that I have three tanning sessions left that I will be using before they expired. Definitely train your employee to take time to speak to the customers about using voucher and not make up false statements about your clients. In the long run it's your business not theirs. Also I had refered my friends to Tiki image for massages and tanning which I will definitely retract. Thank you! read more

Walked in to see if we could get a spray tan without an appointment. We were attended to right away, the help was very informed, and advised us what type of spray tan would be best. We ended up getting a package. The booth was very clean,and the wash down sinks outside the booth were a big help. Our tan was very even, and did not make us orange. Great local place to get some quality color with flexibility in scheduling. read more

This place really has it all! The facility is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable! One of the best things about Tiki Image is that they offer various different salon and spa services. Not only do I tan here, but I also get my lash extensions and waxing done here too!
