I don't think Nikki had any control over this, as it seemed they contract with a third party for delivery and installation. My kitchen is small, and my order included only 6 pre-assembled base cabinets, with no upper cabinets--making it a very straightforward install. I knew the installers were overcharging me. Frustrated, I reached out to other cabinet dealers for quotes on the same brand, and the prices I received were significantly lower, aligning more closely with Nikki's initial quote. They were very slow to address some fit & finish issues & painting follow-up, after we discovered some sloppy work on trim of house where deck connected. Some replaced boards were poor quality & some type of tape used had left horrible sticky residue. Anyway, this delay trying to get those issues addressed also meant the deck sealing & staining was delayed additional weeks, leaving us to worry about unprotected wood being exposed through the rainy spring. Hopefully all is well that ends well, but identify & press any follow up issues ASAP.
