Excellent. We had our entire house re-floored - tile - LVP - carpet. Continuous LVP in the dining/kitchen/breakfast areas, beautiful tile in the two bathrooms, and luxurious carpet in the rest. The showroom has an overwhelming array of options, but Mark guided us to exactly what we needed. His advice on his home visit on color was invaluable. Three bedrooms, hall, steps, entire house, done in TWO DAYS. The LVP/carpet and tile crews are amazing. They were very respectful of our furniture and took great care moving it around, and restoring it. They worked with, smooth, harmonious precision. Their attention to detail resulted in a perfect installation. No surprises. These crews have been there a long time and they know what they are doing. This is the right way to run a business. The price was VERY competitive. Committing to a company for this big job was intimidating, but the professionalism from the initial showroom visit carried through the whole process. Very disappointed in their customer service. We have received zero communication from them throughout our install. The day we were scheduled to have our floors done, the guys showed up at 9 am and said they would be done by 8 pm(we were told multiple times that everything could be completed in one day). We stopped by around 2:30 to check on the progress, and nothing was said that they were having any issues. We checked in again around 7 pm, but when we arrived home, everyone was already packed up and gone for the day, with no notice given that they were leaving early, hadn't finished, or to inform us of when they would be back. The next morning, I called Michael, our sales rep, and informed him of our frustrations and to find out when they would be back to finish. He apologized, but said he wasn't even aware that our floors hadn't been finished the previous day-- so not only had they not communicated with us, they apparently don't communicate within their team either. He called me back after speaking to his crew to let me know they were on the way back to our house and everything would be finished that day for sure. He also told me that he would contact me by the end of the day to discuss the inconveniences, but it has now been two weeks and I still haven't heard back from him. read more

The owner Mark said he would get back with us in a couple of days after trying to research this flooring. He never called. I called him back.a week ago and he promised he would call us back by the end of last week one way or another. About 2 months ago our ice line leaked and we had no idea that the small leak was running under our 4 month old hard wood floors. Well, they buckled so bad we had to replace the entire down stairs. In a panic I called several companys to come out to see what they could do or to give me an estimate. Everybody told me they could not do an estimate or come by for at least a week, until I call Etowah Flooring Carpet One. When I called Etowah Flooring one of their associates named Mike answered the phone and listened to my long drawn out story. After I finshed talking he could tell I was frustrated and at my whitts end. He calmed me down and said I will be there in 30 minutes. He arrived on time looked at my floors and told me they need replaced. He spent about 45mins taking measuements and in one day I had an estimate. Long story short, our new floors look amazing. The work was top notch and eveything from start to finish was excellent. I would strongly sugguest you use them for you home flooring needs. read more

My husband looked up carpet companies that were close to where we lived and saw Etowah Carpet One listed. Upon walking into the showroom, I knew it was the right place for us to find carpet. Their selection of carpet, wood flooring and tile was overwhelming. Our salesperson was knowable and directed us to the proper area of carpet that would fit our needs. We were givin samples to take home with us to help us in making our color choice. We were very satisfied with the quality of carpet and did not even feel like we needed to do any comparative shopping. The carpet was ordered and within a week the installers came and did a fantastic job of installing the carpet. We love it! Then we decided on having porcelain tile on the floor of our screened in porch. We went back to Carpet One. Selection was easy, because my husband knew more or less what he wanted. Romano showed us our options and again there were plenty of choices to choose from. We made our selection and again the order came in within a week and a contractor from Carpet One came and did a great job of laying the tile. Love it. Lastly, we needed an area rug and headed right back to Carpet One. Michael and Roger worked with us on making our selection. We were able to order the exact size we wanted and they bond the edges. Again, service was excellent and prompt. After the carpet was delivered, we had a few issues with the carpet we had selected. Dawn, the office manager worked with us to make it right and we couldn't be happier now. I just wish we had more rooms that needed carpet or tile. The whole experience was like having a professional interior designer work with us not not having the additional cost of hiring one. read more
