The seller wasn't sure if the Johnson Drive store had it but I went there first and wow! It was like being in a toy store. Tons of neatly arranged Mac Book Pros, iMacs, PC laptops, towers, displays, TVs, mobiles, refurbished and really well priced. And all backed with 90 day warranties and an interesting upgrade scheme where anytime in the next six months you can trade up for, I believe, $39 to a faster version of the model you bought. He said that he would send me a proof before they were printed so that I could approve them. Well they went ahead and printed them without me approving. They printed them straight black so that much of the design couldn't be seen, and they even cut off the first letter of my email address on one end and had a thin white line running along the other end, as if it was misaligned when it was cut. I have a big conference that I'm going to that I need business cards for, so I bought new cards at a different store. The new store actually sent me a proof within minutes and they were less than half the cost. I drove over to Almar for a refund of my order, only to be informed that they won't accept any refunds. As someone who is a small business owner who stands by my products with a lifetime guarantee, I'm nothing but disappointed in Almar printing

I walked in and asked if they could print a pdf of a the front of the local newspaper's sports section when Sporting Kansas City won the MLS Cup. They said yes and they did me solid. I'll admit, I don't think this is an everyday thing, but it was nice of them to take some time to help me out. I have an awesome four color print and it's hanging on my wall. Based on my experience, I have full confidence they can help you with your commercial printing needs... and if they can't do it, they'll know who can.
