She's had her hands full with me with 2 knee replacements, a back surgery and a neck procedure that didn't produce results. My doctor couldn't figure out why the anti inflammatory injections didn't work and even when he burned the nerves to kill the ends didn't work. Well, Sabrina has a very inquisitive mind and figured out what was holding back my recovery. I went from having terrible headaches and limited head movements to almost being my old self. I'm back to playing the drums and enjoying life again. She has a gift and is a special kind of person. I'm forever grateful to her because I am living now and not just trudging through the day. Her staff is great also (the ones I've met). Audrey and Jose are always pleasant and smiling (I can see it in their eyes behind their masks) and Michelle does a great job at the front desk. So I want to share my experience. After two kids, I have pelvic floor issues. I went in seek of help with sneezing and peeing, leaking when running, and a naval hernia. As others said, during my first few visits it was refreshing to be treated with both western and eastern type of healing approaches. I had my first experience with acupuncture. However after each visit I was confused on if anything was changing, I couldn't feel any difference. After 5 visits I realized that's all they could offer. She had given me a total of three exercises to do. In the 6th visit I asked "what other exercises can you give me, what's next?" And she told me "work up to 1000 reps of kegels every day." That was it. I didn't come back. I can find way more information online about diastasis rectis than what she provided me. Do not go here to get help with pelvic floor care.

She's hands on, showed my exactly how to do the home exercises and why, not just a paper handout. Each visit she addressed a bit more, gently moving me into better posture, increasing targeted exercises and listening to my concerns. She built up my confidence and strength and after 14 visits I'm on my own with an excellent home exercise program. From scheduling with Laura to their easy location & parking everything was pleasant. All my previous experiences were my choice by following yelp reviews. I was new to the area , I had no clue where to go so I relied on like folks to guide my needs. Each previous experience was different. Not knowing what to expect, I was soon another patient in the "workout" room with others with various aches and pains. From my previous therapies, I did feel like it was resolving, however the pain never completely went away. After months with little change, while almost resolving to accept my pain as my new norm, I turned to a surgeon to begin to seek out my steps to finalize the pain. I began that visit by seeing the Physician Assistant - a very knowledgeable and informative PA. His prognosis was one that would be a good candidate for Physical Therapy. Oh no!, I thought, here I go again. While I'm about to interject with my experiences, he quickly followed up with " you need to see the folks over at Orthomed"... what? Who are they?. He goes on to explain the individual hands-on technique that these folks employ in their therapy. OMG , From day one and throughout all my one hour, hands-on experiences, I can say that my pain has and is becoming totally manageable. If you have ANY need for a Physical Therapist, call or visit these folks for what's aching. You will be treated by the best in the area. I started adding sea salt to my protein powder mix. Later I added other electrolytes and I switched to mostly drink alkaline water instead of tea or sodas. A lot of my aches and pains went away. I started yoga in 1969 doing football. I dropped doing it until about 1993. I have kept it up since then. In my retirement I am grateful that some days I can get in 3-4 classes a day. I was rear ended on my way to class this summer. My car is out of the shop after taking 50 days to be repaired. My body has had a few other previous car wreck injuries that got aggravated in the recent whiplash. A couple of my previous chiropractors had moved away or retired. I found Dr Brittni and LifeForceNV on Yelp by looking for a nearby location that had great reviews. She also is married to a vet who also is in law enforcement. She gives discounts to both. Her massage therapist, @gingerroottherapy is also a combat 82d Airborne vet that was stationed at Ft Bragg NC. Both have helped to heal me back to normal with things like #cupping, represented by the octopus hologram for the suction cups. I use supplements from Amazon and Dr Brittni sells me one ... TraceElements 40,000 Volts that has Boron in it. It also has liquid magnesium in it that helps to move me.
