Sorry to say I cannot share the previous reviewers rating as our experience with Armadillo has been…read moreless than stellar. First of all our policy was erroneously cancelled/inactivated. That was not communicated to us until we called to file a claim. We had to involve the realtor that was part of the purchase of this house to help straighten things out. Our claim required a plummer to do a few jobs. First plummer that Armadillo contracted called and told us that Armadillo knew he didn't do the kind of work that required so he didn't know why they had assigned him to the job. Second plummer scheduled a time with us, when it was past the time of the appointment we called him.....rescheduled a Saturday. We had to cancel plans we had made a couple of weeks in advance but oh well. He didn't show up and wanted to reschedule yet again. At that point we contacted Armadillo again to find someone else. Third Plummer had the same story as the first.....they don't do that kind of work, why were they assigned. Fourth Plummer set an appointment for Friday but called Thursday afternoon to say he was available at 5:00/5:30. It was 4:00 when he called an we were on our way home so we agreed. We had other plans for the evening but let those go by the way side. It's 6:30 pm and we are still waiting. Hoping he makes it but honestly how much of the work that needs to get done can he do if he's not here yet.
