I have a 2020 jeep with just about 40k miles so the maintenance is pretty minimal. Our normal shop said it sounded like like the transmission and recommended we take it to Dan's based on their expertise. On extremely short notice, they squeezed us in same day, diagnosed the issue correctly and completely repaired the van. One coil, 6 plugs, 5 boots and an oil change later and it runs like a dream. It's pretty rare these days to find such honest, quality and fairly priced service and so glad this local shop is part of our Cranberry Township community. After having a nightmare experience with Sams Club where I ordered 4 new tires for installation and they told me they could only put two of them on because they stripped the lug nuts so badly that they would have to cut them off and it would cost me an extra $60 I told them to return the tires and demanded my full refund. The smartest movie I made was going to Highland Tire where they were able to give me a better set of tires for an even cheaper price than Sams,they also had no problem removing the lug nuts and I was in and out within 40 mins tops. These guys know how to treat their customers,they are very genuine and I have never had a bad experience in dealing with them after all the years I have gone to them. Lesson learned-stay away from the morons that work at Sams/Sears and stick with the professionals here.
