We were so friggin excited to find a Tim Hortons in the states!! I feel in love with Tim Hortons over 20 years ago on a trip to Canada with an ex. I was so lucky years later to wind up marrying a Canadian and being able to enjoy Tim Hortons again. We have not been to Canada in 10 years so this was a must stop on our road trip! We were not intentionally search for a Timmy's; we just happened to see a sign on the highway and exited the highway just for this. Since we had our dog, I went inside to order. I was kinda hungry too so if something looked good, I was going to get it. The store was empty so I was able to browse a little before I placed my order. The cashier was okay but not personable or super enthusiastic. I ordered some fresh coffee for hubs and I, timbits, doughnuts, and a sandwich. When you need a cup of coffee. Where do you go? How about a Canadian coffee shop in America. The coffee here is very good. And they offer donuts and pastries as well. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. I was able to get in and out very quickly. read more

Not a great selection of donuts, out of Coke and Root Beer, no salt/pepper packets available. Also very slow service. Just disappointing.

I have had Plenty of Tim Hortons Coffees & Ice Cap Supreme Mochas threw out all sort of States. I have to say, it was very nice to see a nice kind female with black hair which made my OUT STANDING! Ice Cap Supreme Mocha, it was Perfectly Made and Very Delicious, who ever this Female is, Tim Hortons should have her Teaching staff how to make Drinks Perfect. I am a faithful TH customer, once a day and sometimes twice a day. Linda and the other staff are awesome. However ...... A new employee for the last three days has no customer service skills . He doesn't acknowledge you the window and is on his phone . Being a loyal customer I'll not jump ship but seriously he needs to be trained on his social skills before placing him on the front line. read more

Sticky, sticky, sticky floors. If you like to have that amazing sound while you walk through a restaurant, this is the place for you. I'd like to say that the drinks are worth coating your shoes in sticky residue, but they aren't. We ordered 3 drinks. One was drinkable. 2 were not. read more

Stopped in to buy donuts for staff this morning had three customers ahead of me no big deal. Or so I thought, arrived at 8:25 am and was not waited on until 8:40am. Good news by 843 had my product and was checked out don't normally have extra 25 minutes to pick up a quick breakfast for staff. The five employees working seem a little stressed mistakes were made on previous orders I corrected by giving customer additional two sandwiches that were made incorrectly. Wanted to try something different I guess for fast friendly service I would recommend Kennedy's bakery downtown Cambridge. read more

I love Tim Hortons; although, the one in Cambridge has consistently served me luke warm coffee every single time i have visited that location. I thought it was just a mistake at first, everyone makes them. I have visited them six times now; every time it is luke warm. 2nd time at Timmys and it's my/our NEW favorite breakfast spot and probably for any time of the day. I love the Egg and Cheese on asiago Bagel. The wonderful order taker, food maker and cashier "Veronica" was so friendly and patient with us being newcomers to Tims and trying to find out what we wanted. Felt like I was bothering the guy taking my order through the drive through. Extremely rude. Tried telling the lady at the window taking my money and she got very defensive and even more rude. Her name is Kara. Won't be going back, especially after we opened our sandwiches and they were thrown in the bags. We had to put our sandwiches back together. Good coffee, painfully slow service. Typical of most tim Horton for some reason. That being said, the coffee is good. Their specialty drinks are not something that will keep you coming back. But their coffee is an nice medium roast the always hits the spot. Seems like drive-through service is a bit faster. read more

Neither me nor my friends have had a decent experience here. Twice they've served me stone cold coffee, and once they gave my mum creamer that was 3 weeks expired. One of my friends has received an incorrect order several times, and she has had to explain to the employees what espresso is. read more

We were very pleased with our service from Courtney at this location. I had a gift card on my phone for coldstone creamery which is combined into this store, and she did everything in her power to get it to work. When searching for Tim Horton's on google, it says they are open 24/7. I really wanted a Iced Cappuccino at 1:30am, drove all the way there and they were closed. They need to adjust the prices online because it's not correct. Other than that issue, everything is delicious! It's very clean and they have fast service. read more

Product is usually pretty good but the service is always terrible my friends always choose for us to go here for ice cream after we go out to eat and every time employees are rude. Service is also usually very slow because the employees make it obvious they are mad that you came in. Shame on you for making them do their job. Starbucks prices for powdered coffee. Ordered a mocha latte and they proceeded to the back to one of those powdered coffee machines you find at gas stations, pushed a button and out came a boring subpar powdered coffee. Coffee plus donut for $7 and some change is too much when there isn't a real espresso machine to make fresh. If you're driving west skip and continue driving to Zanesville for a Starbucks. Or if you're dying for a coffee in Cambridge hit McDonald's. Cheaper and tastes better sadly. read more
