First time tasting and Not the last, yum yum yummy.

My bro (in photo) and I really enjoyed the Timbits especially the plain lightly glazed, just the right amount of sweet and oh so light. The two young people working there were so nice, patient and courteous. If only these treats were less calories.

I do not normally frequent this chain, but wanted steeped tea instead of coffee this morning. I should have just ran to the store for milk. I ordered a steeped tea with milk and cane sugar and a sesame bagel toasted with light butter. When I pulled up the person at the window confirmed I want a SWEET tea with milk because obviously that's an odd request. I misheard and said yes. Then it registered and I had to yell through the window to get their attention to change to a STEEPED tea as ordered. I got my corrected order and went home. I looked at my receipt and saw they didn't correct the order before I paid...and sugar wasn't mentioned. Took a sip and sure enough it was only milk. Opened my bagel and see the edges are barely even toasted. I'm currently attempting to re-toast in my toaster oven since it already has butter on it... Luckily I have sugar to add to my tea. I do no plan on returning to this location.

A solid teaspoon of coffee grounds in my small iced coffee. Disgusting. Could they be any more lazy/sloppy?

They were that good and on our minds after our initial visit. Both times we visited the location was busy and we had to wait in a small line. Service is very efficient and they take care of you quickly once you're at the counter. All of the donuts we ordered were perfect. One of the kids got a limited edition burger donut with proceeds being donated to the local Ronald McDonald house. It was a very inventive donut with glazed donuts as the burger buns, half a chocolate glazed as the burger patty, and different creams making up the cheese and condiments. So unique and for a good cause! Indoor seating is available which we took advantage of, as we could not wait to enjoy our donuts. I wish we lived close by as we would be regulars. I feel the donuts are fairly priced for the quality. Expect to pay more than your local Dunkin or Tim Hortons, but you can also expect the quality is way better. Fresh homemade donuts can't be beat.

Paula's Donuts helped heal me after surgery - seriously. But first, a few words about the best…read moredonuts in the United States. I feel confident that statement is true. These are not featherweight, boring, drive thru chain donuts that never fail to disappoint. The box says they are "made with love" and while I certainly hope the bakers and makers are not oozing affection for the creations as they do their job (because that would get weird right?), the recipes and standards of ultra high quality that this unique WNY establishment has sure shows a respect and appreciation for their customers. The dough is light and never greasy tasting. The cream fillings are also fluffy and airy and melt in your mouth. Jellies are all top notch and let me be clear, the donuts are packed full with whatever is inside. Or on top. The headlights are incredible. Peanut butter offerings (several to choose from) are stellar. I'm not sure if the chocolate icing is a ganache but it seems much more like a ganache than the lousy, dried out icing you might find at places we need not mention. Staff are always courteous, polite and fast. I think each donut is going for about $2.30 but well worth it for the size and quality. A box of 3 is heavy to hold. You get a lot of donut for your buck. I've been on a Paula's kick for a couple months, stopping in when appropriate for my donut desires but trying to be mindful of my waistline. I like to sit down and really enjoy every bite. These are not ordinary donuts, they are an experience to savor. But how do Paula's donuts help one recover from surgery? It's about what you might do with them. My friend picked me up and brought me home after the hospital and slyly produced a bag of donuts for me, which I sat down and ate the minute I walked in the door. The unexpected gesture of something I've been enjoying a lot lately certainly took my mind off any discomfort. Nice friend, right? Part of recovery is having supportive friends and family and I'm glad I've got that. And I'm glad I also got a bag of donuts to make a "rough day" a lot better. So, Paula's people - I haven't tried them all yet so I guess I'm going to have to return. (Image is different donuts from a different day.)

Upon walking in, the store looked like a standard "hole-in-the wall" place and had a simple selection of donuts to choose from. If you want to use a credit card, you have to spend at least $5. Donuts: I got the classic glazed donut, peanut donut, red velvet, and a cream filled donut. The glazed donut was soft and delicious. The peanut donut was more on the crumbly side but still great flavour. The red velvet had a nice cream cheese icing. The cream filled donut had a typical white cream filling. Personally, I liked the glazed donut the best - great texture and wasn't too overly sweet. The pricing here is amazing - $1.50 for great quality donuts! Easy to park on the street. There's no seating inside, so it's more of a takeout place. They also sell lottery tickets alongside donuts. It is certainly worth the visit along the way coming from Toronto.

They have a large selection and variety of donuts and they are fresh and sizeable. They also have other treats like cinnamon rolls and bagels. There is also a separate check out for things like smoothies (and they have a wide variety of those as well). The inside is bright, festive and clean. There are also several photo opps if that is your thing. Highly recommend a visit here if you love donuts.
