Paula's has donut holes, a variety of donuts, the best Bavarian Crème donut, I've ever had in my life, they have some pastries, bagels, breakfast/lunch sandwiches (which I do very much enjoy) and coffee! They also have a HUGE donut that I've ordered for birthdays and the Super Bowl, you create it the way you want, put on a cute plate and serve (no one will miss the cake/cupcakes). This location has ample parking, a decent size seating/dining area, well lit with plenty of sunlight coming through the windows so you can sit and contemplate why you're eating so many donuts and how to lose weight. I finally had a chance to stop into the Paula's Donuts on Transit Rd. since they moved out of their old location in Clarence and I really like the new place! They have a much bigger space now with a nice-sized seating area and plenty of parking spots! Stopped in on a Saturday around 11am and didn't have to wait at all to place my order! The young woman who took care of me was wonderful, very conscientious, courteous, so pleasant. I grabbed a variety of donuts and pastries but was on the more adventurous side that morning and tried their Donut Dippers, with five to six of their red velvet donut holes and hearty amount of cream cheese to dip into. I thought this was really good, I'd equate it to grabbing a six-piece chicken nuggets and a dipping sauce - Just enough food without leaving you too full. I would have liked to have seen the cream cheese a little softer as it was a tough to dip the donut holes into without squishing them. I'm not sure if I'd order them again, but if I were with someone I knew wouldn't finish their donut/pastry, I'd think of getting this to supplement whatever they don't finish. :) Paula's Donuts continues to be a Buffalo-staple for breakfast sweets. I have used Paula's for catering a number of occasions and without fail the donuts and coffee are always a big hit. The donuts are huge ("grab a knife" has been uttered more than a few times) but Paula's concoctions are delectable. I particularly like the lime and lemon donuts. Being able to easily order box coffee is a huge help. Also being able to place an order five days in advance. Try that at a Dunkin Donuts! We opted for some donuts and then I of course had to get a breakfast sandwich as well. The donuts were delicious as always. I tried a pumpkin donut as well. 'Tis the season you know. We wanted my son to try some as well and he loved the glazed donut so much! Super exciting. My breakfast sandwich was as great as they always are at Paula's. Was so happy to visit this new Paula's Donuts location. It's so shiny and BIG. Plus, added bonus, it's pretty close to my house. We stopped in and picked up our favorites. I got the custard cream filled donut, and my husband ordered the apple fritter. Their apple fritter is kinda legionday. Super huge, though I realized my picture didn't do it justice. Took me forever to stop in the new location that is right near my house ... but today I opted for sugar and caffeine to fuel me through doing my taxes! I also had a coupon for free donut with beverage purchase ... always check your mail for coupons because Paula's sends a lot! Anyway, today was a Sunday and it was quite busy! But despite this, service was as fast as me being the only one there! They have ample employees to service the number of people which was pretty impressive! I got the powdered angel donut and iced cap (this only comes in one size which is 16oz - and you will tell them with or without whipped cream). I am sorry I didn't get a snapshot of the menu or donuts but there were so many people and so many employees calling you over I got a little distracted and was just trying to hurry I guess! Paula's Donuts sent out coupons to some special recipients and I happen to be one of the lucky ones. I cut the coupon out that said if you buy a coffee you get a donut and made my way to the closest Paula's location, which happened to be the one on Main Street in Clarence. I waited under 3 minutes for someone to take my order and after visiting another donut shop in Dubois, PA and commenting on how their peanut butter cream donut was enjoyable, I was delighted to learn that Paula's has peanut butter cream donuts that are even more amazing than the place in PA. The coffee is good too. I normally go with peanut donuts, but I'm glad I mixed it up this time and got the peanut butter cream. Stopping in the buffalo area you have to stop at Paula's donuts. The are the best donuts ever. They are leaps and bounds better than Dunkin or hortons. We happened to stop about a half hour before they were closing and I was so excited to see they had so many options left. We have never visited this location but since we had just been at bar bill this was a perfect dessert and we bought some for breakfast. We opted for vanilla glazed, peanut butter cream, birthday cakes, peanut filled with cream and a Bavarian. Last order was two cannoli donuts but that I didn't get a photo of. Cannoli donuts are special order so they actually fill them when you order them.. that is amazing. The employees were friendly and nice. Did someone say donuts??? We got some donuts this morning for breakfast. We went about at 8:30 it wasn't horrendously busy thankfully. We were quickly serviced. Our donut lady seemed like she didn't want to be there but that's okay. We were in and out. The atmosphere is still sort of bland when you walk in. They do have cute donut statues though!!
