My "toasted" bagel was chewy, cold and doughy with just a tiny colouring of cream cheese. I'm guessing the cream cheese was nonexistent as it was heavily tariffed 'cause we don't make our own cream cheese in Canada. I can't explain the toasted but not toasted part; no offense but is it a cultural thing? Cream cheese is a culture and yet there wasn't any there, I'm confused. My Double Double was tepid and watered down. Culturally speaking, the only watered down coffee according to Google is made in Venezuela, Japan and some Nordic countries, I didn't see any of those guys there today; maybe they come in later in the day? Is the coffee that comes directly from South America (no middle man) to Canada tariffed? The GREAT news is, if you're homeless you can sleep in any booth you like for as long as you want. We arrived around 640 pm; there was 3-4 people scurrying for drive through order ; one person mopping n cleaning back room; no one serving customers at counter??? Food scattered on floor, visible to us customers; one person labelling containers for lettuce etc; very unorganized, dirty, workers appeared unkept and sweaty We ordered soup and was advised all finished but gave us bottom serving of a cup of chicken noodle soup: we ordered fries which were hard like over cooked in an air fryer; my hot chocolate smelled sour; the habanero, crispy chicken wrap was fatty and I had to pull wirey bits out of my mouth ! The staff don't know how to take orders. The girls work there have a different attitude. They all behave rude with Indian customers. I visited there a bunch of time and i always got wrong items like i ordered something else and got something else and when i complained they said its not their fault. The manager should change the staff or have to give them proper training that how to treat customers and how to take orders. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. Went inside to order and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a bagel and hash brown which I ended up canceling and getting my money back. Nothing is ever ready in the morning. The doughnuts and muffins are often day olds and stale, they are clueless about what a morning rush is as breakfast products are never prepared in time for the commute. This is hands down the worst location in the franchise that I have ever visited. read more

This has to be the worst location in the entire Tim Hortons chain. Rude staff who respond to a simple question about why their sign says 24 hours but is actually closed by yelling at me and threatening to call the police. Cleanliness seems to be an afterthought at best. I have lodged several complaints in the past with Tim Hortons corporate head office, but have NEVER received any response. It's almost like they don't care. Should my latest complaint go unnoticed, I will file a complaint with the advertising standards council, and consider legal action as well. While visiting a friend living in Langley, we went to Tim Hortons for some much needed coffee. I'm not a true coffee girl, I only like coffee with chocolate and sugar in it, sad, I know. So we went to Tim Hortons and I got one of their Cafe Mochas, yum. Plus, much cheaper than Starbucks. And a bonus. We got some Tim-bits, bite-sized doughnuts. The Honey-dipped and Chocolate glazed were my faves, but all are delicious. Thinking about this makes me wish we had a Tim Hortons here in Hawaii, so I could go get some coffee and Tim-bits right now. read more

We went thru the drive thru yesterday and wish I had gotten the ladies name that was taking our order!! She was phenomenal!!! Very patient and understanding with our changes and add ons and totally friendly!!! When we got to the window to pay someone else took our payment and we got to listen to this women while she took other peoples drive thru orders and she had the same tone and mannerism with everyone at the window....telling people no problem take your time....was honestly pleasant!!! What's the point being open 24hrs if you don't have any selection of donuts/timbits/pastries past midnight? The workers here are really nice, usually quite busy and i cannot complain about anything except the late night selection. Unfortunately, i only really go late at night so this is a huge issue for me. I don't understand how it is acceptable to only have 2 or 3 types of plain donuts available. If it was a one-time thing i would let it go, but i come in late often for a french vanilla cappuccino and i have yet to get a chance to select a donut to go with my drink that isn't "the leftovers that no one else picks". That being said, the place is clean and has a great atmosphere and drive-through. Its not the workers fault about the selection so i know it makes no difference to tell THEM. I hope a review might help to put this location back on track with this one small issue that won't affect anyone except their late night customers. read more

Horrible customer service. They always screw up my order. They don't give you napkins unless you ask, and even then they give you ONE. Most of the staff is rude, and totally uninterested. The "Regular" Drive-Thru lady on Headset is SUPER nice (Judy) and sweet, but the rude woman at the drive thru window (Nave, or something) to pay is SO rude and says "NEXT!!!" when they've given you your order. A rating from 10 to 0 in 30 seconds...they shouldn't have this woman working the drive thru window, or anything to do with customers for that matter. Beware going during rush hour as you will be treated like cattle. Today was the last straw when they burned my bagel (black!!!). And my last beef....they CAN NOT make Ice Capps here to save their life. They barely mix them. Any other Timmy's I go to is much better. read more

Visiting Canada for the first time, many of our Canadian friends recommend this local staple. Nothing special, just like any other fast food joint in America. Processed cheese on a once frozen sausage patty, between a tasty croissant. Next time I'll just get the croissant. Also had a chocolate glazed doughnut which was meh. Almost all cashier seem uneducated with anything Tim Horton's related let alone the menu and computer. They serve drive through first! In fact, you'll have to wait for your order until at least 6 drive through orders have been filled (on a good day). If you want to go in, find another location. read more

Completely inappropriate comments by one of the staff here. It was a Saturday morning, about 8:45am and Willowbrook Mall wasn't open yet but the Timmy's had been open for a while and it was slow. I went up to the cashier to order; mid-sentence I was interrupted by one of the other staff ask if I was from China. Now clearly I am a visible minority, but I speak perfect English with no accent and the cashier had no problem understanding my order other than by being interrupted. This is not my first rodeo with racism, but we live in BC in which people of color are not uncommon, AND on top of that, Rudey McRudepants was also a visible minority WITH a heavy accent. Under no circumstances should a person be subjected to that - and I too have spent many years working in food service and customer service. I was speechless didn't know how to respond to that other than by being appalled and disgusted. Otherwise, the food was fine; just your standard and expected Timmy's food. read more

Over the last year I have seen a decline in exceptional customer service at the 200th and willowbrook drive location. I am there quite often as I work across the street. A couple weeks ago I was there with family and watched as one young (blonde) lady worked her but off while the supervisor ( I am assuming) kept putting her down and blaming her for everything. Meanwhile the supervisor was on sandwiches and we were waiting over 15 min for a chilli. Today I was there again and disgusted at the cleanliness of the store. One girl was wearing a red plaid shirt with her hair in a ponytail. She proceeded to take her plaid shirt off and place it by drive through, then she played with her hair (which was half way down her back) no hair net at all to hold it. Then without washing her hands she proceeded to put gloves on and make sandwiches with her hair still down. While I was standing waiting for my drinks and bagel, I was disgusted to see the hot chocolate machine look like it had not been cleaned in a week and the molasses for the ice cap machine was caked onto the soap dispenser beside the sink. I walked out with my drinks and informed my husband that we will be finding a new favorite spot. I worked in a tim hortons in Edmonton for almost a year. The owners were very at adamant on cleanliness and we had inspectors all the time. I think it is time for inspectors to be coming to the bc stores as it was pretty disgusting. So disappointed after several times getting my coffee spilled on my car. They fill up to the very edge of the cups. Today since The person on the drive thru handed it I felt a little bit of the liquid on my hand. I thought " that's ok" but once I opened it and drove by it spilled on my car's cup board.
