We went here a few years ago and didn't have a good experience. HOWEVER, everyone deserves a second chance, and today was that day. We had a fabulous experience this time! I had a pumpkin spice latte (I don't like them too sweet, and my request was executed to perfection) and a garlic and herb savoury pastry. Both were perfect! My husband had a blended mocha and a four cheese twisty bread. Again, delicious! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable too. Sometimes, the score card on YELP isn't accurate all the time, so give this iconic Canadian institution another try and go to Tim Horton's in Osoyoos! read more

Probably the worst Tim Hortons in the country. The taste of the food is where it is, but the service and preparation is abysmal. I got the worst looking sandwich that wouldn't stack properly - that is after they gave me the wrong sandwich. Service is sub par with many employees looking like they can't wait for their shift to be over. The overall layout is really weird, it is shallow and wide giving me a bit of claustrophobia, especially when there is quite a bit of backlog in the queue. read more

We live in Metro Vancouver and came to Osoyoos for 4 days. On the last day we decided to go in to get some lunch. Everything was smooth at first until we saw people complaining. We had been waiting for about 10 minutes and something didn't seem right. More people came up complaining. Finally after 25 minutes we got our food, but wait. We didn't even get all of our food and the manager came out and was rude to us. He kept asking for our receipt for the food and didn't even apologies. The French vanilla we got was watered down it didn't even taste like French vanilla. The worst Timmy's I've every been to. it delayed us 40 minutes. read more

It's been a while since I have traveled in Canada and one thing I found is that the Tim Hortons of years gone by are non-existent, at least here in Osoyoos, BC. Let me count the ways that this was a bad experience. First, most of the tables hadn't been touched and were covered in dishes, napkins, etc. Second, the Grilled Cheese Sandwich with tomato soup was not as advertised. They were out of bread, so I said OK for a bun. The sandwich was just two pieces of "rubber"cheese put on the bun and microwaved for a brief moment. It had never been near a grill. The tomato soup was gone, but they didn't tell me and just substituted a watery beef and pasta soup. It was cool, too. The cashier was grumpy and most discourteous not only to me, but other customers as well. There are many other similar places here and I recommend that you give Tim a pass unless you are a masochist who likes bad service and even worse food. read more

My daughter was going to Tim Horton's early in the morning before work and really enjoyed their coffee and breakfast sandwiches. I decided to walk up from our hotel and try it for lunch. It was terrible. The broccoli cheese soup was watery and the grilled cheese was burnt. The worse part is they decided to wash the floor right in front of me with dirty water! Don't waste your time with this Tim Horton's. Last summer I had a pubic hair baked into my muffin. I tried to work things out with the owner so it wouldn't happen again. I never heard from him after more than several attempts. I finally contacted the head office & they tried to get him to apologize. He didn't. He seemed arrogant & cocky!! He offered me a $20 gift card to Tim's like I want to go back again. Giving me a $20 gift card was an insult..... it costs them maybe $5 max to cover that amount in product. It cost me more for my order the day I found that pubbie! Gross!! I've now boycotted this chain completely. They just don't care about the customer. Especially this restaurant. If you read most reviews the experiences of others is poor at best. Still haven't heard anything from this location trying to right the wrong. So again I say..... find somewhere else to go like Joes down the street. Even mcDonalds beats this place. Shame on them for not wanting to make a customer happy! Shame shame shame! This place has a few negative reviews but I have had no problems here. Service was fast and my orders were made correctly. I really like that there are lots of outlets that even have a spot for usb to charge your phones. The restaurant is clean and more modern then most locations. read more

These people literally closed half an hour early before closing time. ON A FRIDAY. Poor work ethic and honestly so annoying.

This was by far the worst Tim Hortons service I have EVER experienced. Hope you have a lot of time on your hands if you plan to visit this Tims. After waiting in a line, which turns out to be for the kiosk ordering, I ordered a simple tea and muffin. You'd think this would be a quick pour and grab and I'd be on my way, but NOPE! They continue to serve all drive thru customers as first priority and then anyone ordering at the counter. After 20 MINUTES of waiting for a tea and a muffin, I finally had to say something. Then after another 5 more minutes I finally received my order. read more

We have always enjoyed a stop at Tim's when visiting Canada. This time was less enjoyable. We tried the highly advertised pulled pork sandwich. It did not look anything like the picture, where the bread is overflowing with pulled pork and shows a side of chips. The reality was a sliced bread roll on a plate, no chips. Opening the roll revealed a thin layer of an unappetizing concoction with a small amount of pulled pork and a large amount of what looked like shredded onion rings. This is at best a one dollar meal, but why anyone would want to eat more than one in a lifetime is beyond us. We had to wonder if Tim Horton's designed this disgusting sandwich or if someone was skimming product. As someone else mentioned, they came to sweep around us as we were eating, blowing dust & dirt into the air. Then they followed up by mopping around us with a bucket of smelly water. Staff exhibited a poor attitude and really didn't care about fostering repeat business. We would not return to this Tim Horton's. Update: A visit to a different TH for a pulled pork sandwich confirmed that this location was producing three or four sandwiches out of one filling. read more

First time to Tim Hortons since there are none in the US - heard they have money donuts. Tried to order a chicken panini w/ doughnut. No chicken, okay no problem - subbed with turkey. Gf orders a chili. No chili, okay no problem - subbed with soup. Get to motel and open up the to go meal, no doughnut! Wahh! Food was decent but left feeling disappointed. read more

I've never had a bad experience at a Tim Hortons. However, this particular is an exception. The cashier was extremely rude and the English muffin on my breakfast sandwich wasn't toasted. Next time I'll go to a local cafe (such as Jo Jo's) where the ppl are friendlier and the food is of higher quality. read more

We don't have Tim Hortons in America so I always try to go to one when I get to Canada. I think it is great to get bagels, donuts, egg sandwiches and coffee all in one place. Not stopping here again... I'll drive a bit further to stop in Oliver, where the staff there is SO much more friendly and polite. When I say, "Thank you" to someone, I like to hear a reply, perhaps, "You're welcome." When I say, "Have a nice day," instead of turning to next customer, perhaps a, "Same to you," or "Thank you." read more
