The food that I had was made in house, the bread they use for sandwiches are all in house made so when you walk in the smell make's your mouth water, which makes for a delicious choice of snacks to go along with your coffe , tea or any beverage you enjoy. Atmosphere of the place is very cozy and staff very friendly and helpful, I've now been back 2 days in a row and have tried a couple different snacks and beverages and have not been disappointed. My friend recieved the order and loved the little personal touch on the bag. In fact, he showed so much pride and passion in his tea that I suspect that the young man may have been the owner. The only downside was that it felt more like bubble tea take-out than a bubble tea café. While we could have stayed and sat in one of the very small tables, the interior felt a little too spartan to feel inviting. The fruit bread has hardly any fruit in it and is very sour with clumps if baking soda and flour. Their prices have gone up and the portions have become smaller. They also no longer make the famous "Sticky Buns". The interior is nice, but it has become a mainly Mennonite cafe. I went the for brunch and we were the only non-Mennonite family there and they stared at us the whole time. I much preferred it when Erna owned and ran it.
