Andrew owner of Mantei Landscaping LLC did the same thing to me as he did to the person who put a…read morereview of his experiences that he had with the landscaping work that was done at his home.Andrew gave me a quote last year of $3700 to lay down top soil and seed my entire lawn.When I got back to him this year to have him lay down top soil and seed just half of my yard and not the entire yard because of money issues.Thinking that I was only going to do half of the yard the quote price he gave me would be cheaper than the $3700 that he quoted me last year.Well what came out of all of this is that I found out that he now quoted me a price of $8800.He has lots of excuses and he doesn't honor his quotes.BEWARE he is a Gougher.Make sure you get your quote in writing because he is known for changing prices.I will not do business with a crook.
