Joy planned showings around our schedule and did live video walkthroughs of any home we were interested in. I know she was busy, but the entire time we felt like her only client. Throughout the process, she stayed aggressive with incredible energy, even on the days we looked at a dozen houses. Of special note, as nerve racking as the process was, Joy was always there to calm and comfort us.
