If i never saw that letter i would be being charged without my knowledge. I am going to bring this up to legal counsel to see how this is legal because it shouldn't be and i suggest anyone with a checking account does the same.

Just awful, we had Allstate for years, never had a claim, as soon as we did they turned on us. We…read morehad a tornado that did a lot of damage and they made us split the claim into two claims just so we had to pay two deductibles. On top of that they never paid for the damage, 75% had to come out of our pockets. They made themselves unreachable throughout the process. The one claims person I spoke with kept calling me honey in a demeaning manner. One of my children, who does not live at home, she is grown and on her own, had got into an accident. Allstate marked me as the driver, I have never even been in my daughter's car. I can only assume it was vindictive. Do yourselves a favor and stay away, there are tons of insurance companies out there.
