To start, I called over five times and always got an answering machine saying they were on other calls and to leave a message. I finally left a message with my cell number to call back. Mike's son Chris called me back and of course did not call back on my cell number (he must have looked on caller ID and called my work number that I called from). Obviously he did not pay attention to my message which should have been a clue. Anyway I told him I was looking to switch from an agent I have been with for 32 years, and he rushed me off the phone saying to send my policies and he would get a quote and call me back. I sent him all my policy info within an hour. It is almost 2 weeks and I have NEVER received a call back yet. I guess they don't need the business and premiums that would total tens of thousands of dollars over the years. If I can't get a call back when I am trying to GIVE them my money, I can't imagine getting a call back if I had a claim or needed them. I think a basic course in business and etiquette could go a long way here. I am happy I will never give them a dime of my money...DISGRACEFUL!

Triad handles workman's compensation claims for many large companies. Many of the claims handlers…read moreare not licensed insurance adjusters. If you become injured on the job, your life will now become hell. They do not pay your lost wages until you are so broke you consider returning to work injured or go to an attorney. They will send you to an independent medical examination within the first four weeks of your injury. The independent doctor's office will be full of people who are there for the same reason. The doctor will spend less than ten minutes with you and give his report to Triad. If there are any incorrect statements in the report, God help you because it will never get corrected and Triad will throw this at you as a reason to deny everything. You will not be able to go for physical therapy, your wages will be cut and you will not be able to pay your bills, your mortgage or support your family. The company representatives are unsympathetic and gleefully explain to you that you should go find another type of employment suitable for your injuries. Honestly, that is exactly what happened to me. Then you will be forced to hire an attorney and borrow money from relatives to pay for gas for the trip to the courthouse to have a hearing to try to get some of your lost wages paid, but now you will have to split it with an attorney. Triad is unprofessional. There is reason to believe some of the faxes have call blocking so you cannot submit supporting documents. You do not get paid your lost wages, they refuse to pay your doctors and deny claims for physical therapy. They cite NY laws, however, if the law was on their side, why is the State of NY so aware of their claims handling deceptions and why do the attorneys know the claims handler's last name when you call to discuss Triad. You merely mention the claims handler's first name and the attorney will finish your sentence for you. Brag about building such a professional reputation. However, the money they saved not paying claims for injured workers is spent on legal fees defending their deceitful practices.
